Beginning in "Ua Law Wale" (S2E02), Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) carries the SIG-Sauer P226 Navy as his sidearm. It is shown as the Navy model by the anchor emblem on the slide. Rather than carrying it with the SIG-Sauer STL-900L light/laser as in the previous season, he now carries it with a Surefire X300. Steve's mentor, Commander Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) uses a SIG-Sauer P226E2 with taclight (possibly McGarrett's) in "Ha'i'ole" (S2E01).

Smith & Wesson M&P
 +
Beginning in Season 2, Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) carries a Smith & Wesson M&P in 9mm with Crimson Trace grips as her sidearm. Interestingly, Kono was seen armed with an older Smith & Wesson pistol model - Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith" in the previous season - which may explain Kono's fondness for Smith & Wesson pistols.

The following weapons were used in Season 2 of the television series Hawaii Five-0:

Pistols

SIG-Sauer P226 (Navy)

In "Pa Make Loa" (S2E21), Special Agents G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and Sam Hanna (L.L. Cool J) are seen drawing SIG-Sauer P228 pistols while in Hawaii. Interestingly, the agents had switched to the new generation SIG-Sauer P229's in Season 3 of NCIS: Los Angeles, although this may simply be due to the use of different armourers between the two shows.
