Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) continues to carry a SIG-Sauer P226 Navy fitted with a Surefire X300 as his sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P226 Elite
During a raid in "Ohuna" (S3E07), Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) is briefly seen holding a SIG-Sauer P226 Elite (noted by the beavertail and front slide serrations) rather than his SIG-Sauer P226 Navy, but it returns to the Navy model in the next shot.
SIG-Sauer P229R
Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) continues to carry a SIG-Sauer P229R as his sidearm in Season 3, occasionally fitted with a Surefire X300 weaponlight. A DAK variant appears as the sidearm carried by members of US Coast Guard in "Lana I Ka Moana" (S3E03). Interestingly, the pistol has a UID label, which brings up the possibility of it being a true Coast Guard sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P238 (Two Tone)
In Season 3's premiere "La O Na Makuahine" (S3E01), Lt. Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth) is seen giving what appears to be a two-tone SIG-Sauer P238 pistol to Doris McGarrett (Christine Lahti).
Heckler & Koch P30
Detective Danny 'Danno' Williams (Scott Caan) continues to carry the Heckler & Koch P30 in Season 3.
Heckler & Koch USP
Danno finds a fired Heckler & Koch USP in "Kahu" (S3E11). A USP with a two-tone slide is pulled by Michael Noshimuri (Daniel Henney) in the Season 3 finale "Aloha, Malama Pono" (S3E24).
Heckler & Koch P2000
In "La O Na Makuahine" (S3E01), Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) appears to be armed with a suppressed Heckler & Koch P2000 when confronting Doris McGarrett in the safehouse. He also uses it again without a suppressor in "Hana I WaʻIa" (S3E14).
Smith & Wesson M&P 9
Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) continues to carry a Smith & Wesson M&P in 9mm with Crimson Trace grips as her sidearm. Michael Noshimuri (Daniel Henney) briefly handles Kono's M&P in "Huaka'i Kula" (S3E10).
Smith & Wesson 4506
In "Kekoa" (S3E16), a Smith & Wesson 4506 was used by the killer and left in the trunk of the car at the beginning of the episode.
Smith & Wesson 5906
The Smith & Wesson 5906 continues to be the sidearm carried by officers of the Honolulu Police Department including Sgt. Duke Lukela (Dennis Chun). Helen Tilton (Lee Meriwether) uses one after she kills an HPD officer by snatching it out his duty holster and firing the pistol at his chest.
Back in Detective Danny 'Danno' Williams' (Scott Caan) cop days in Jersey in 2001, him and his partner Detective Grace Tilwell (Sydney Tamiia Poitier) both carry early model Smith & Wesson 5906s with hooked trigger guards and adjustable sights.
Glock 17
Gil Scates (Todd Stashwick) is seen pulling a Glock 17 and forcing Steve and Danny to jump ship in "Lana I Ka Moana" (S3E03). They are also seen in "He Welo ʻOihana" (S3E23).
Glock 19
In "Wahineʻinoloa" (S3E08), US Marshals Service WITSEC Agent Chris Channing (Carlos Bernard) is seen drawing a Glock 19 as his sidearm. Lt. Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth) is also seen holding the pistol.

In "La O Na Makuahine" (S3E01), Frank Delano (William Baldwin) is armed with a Beretta 92FS fitted with a custom compensator and converted to fire three-round bursts.
Beretta "Auto-9"
In "Hookman" (S3E15), what appears to be a Beretta M93R Auto 9 (made popular in 1987's RoboCop) is seen on the wall of a gun shop owned by Norm (Max Weinberg). This is a tribute to original RoboCop star Peter Weller, who directed and appeared in this episode.
CZ-75B
Stuart Rizzi (Lew Temple) uses a CZ-75B as his personal weapon in "Kahu" (S3E11).
IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX
In a flashback to 2001, Billy (Terrence Howard) uses a Desert Eagle Mark XIX when threatening Danno and Grace, Danno's old Newark Police Department partner in "I Ka Wa Mamua" (S3E06). Danno uses the same weapon after getting free from his restraints.
Jericho 941
A Yakuza hitman uses the Jericho 941 to kill a security guard and shoot at Kono
Kahr P9
In "Paʻani" (S3E17), what appears to be a Kahr P9 is found as a murder weapon, but the evidence bag obscures most of it.

A Yakuza hitman holds what looks like a Colt 1911 variant in "He Welo ʻOihana" (S3E23)

A wounded art gallery robber uses a Kimber Pro Carry II in "Kanalua" (S3E02).
Makarov PM
A Makarov PM is used by Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth) in "Olelo Paʻa" (S3E20).
Springfield XD Service
Lt. Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth) carries a Springfield XD Service as her sidearm in Season 3. In "La O Na Makuahine" (S3E01), she is seen drawing it while protecting Steve's mother Doris (Christine Lahti).
STI Perfect 10
In "Ohuna" (S3E07), Sean Winston (Carlo Rota) is armed with what appears to be an STI Perfect 10 pistol when taking hostages.

What appears to be a nickel Colt Detective Special was used by Jenny Burgess (Julie McNiven) in "Lana I Ka Moana" (S3E03).
Colt Python
A Colt Python was almost used by Ayham Al Safi during an anti-terrorist raid by Danno and McGarrett. McGarrett later finds that the revolver didn't have any bullets in the cylinder.
Colt Single Action Army
What appears to be a Colt Single Action Army is seen in the holster of Choi Kelly (George Takei) in "Kahu" (S3E11).
Ruger GP100
What appears to be a stainless Ruger GP100 is held by a distraught husband in "Hoa Pili" (S3E19).
Smith & Wesson Model 36
In "Kanalua" (S3E02), McGarrett shows August March (Ed Asner) the Smith & Wesson Model 36 that was used in a murder seen in Season 2's "Kalele" (S2E19). Asner actually played the role of March in Season 8 of the original Hawaii Five-O.
Smith & Wesson Model 40 (Nickel)
Michael Noshimuri (Daniel Henney) hands what appears to be a nickel Smith & Wesson Model 40 to his brother in the Season 3 finale "Aloha, Malama Pono" (S3E24). Michael identifies the revolver as an "S-W J-Frame".
Smith & Wesson Model 60
A Smith & Wesson Model 60 revolver is used by Ron Alberts (Tom Arnold) in "Huaka'i Kula" (S3E10). McGarrett briefly uses it before being forced to disarm.

Chin continues to be carry the short barrel variant of the Benelli M1 Super 90 with a pistol grip, short barrel and Surefire forend while conducting raids with the team.
Double-Barreled Shotgun (Sawed-off)
In "Ohuna" (S3E07), a sawed-off 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun is used by Kong Liang (Russell Wong) after Five-0 launches a raid on his illegal hacking shop.
Ithaca 37
In "Hookman" (S3E15), one of the gunmen in an armed robbery seen in a flashback is armed with an Ithaca 37 shotgun.
Remington 870 Express Tactical
In "Ohuna" (S3E07), a Remington 870 Express Tactical shotgun is held by a a White Fire contractor during a hostage situation. This shotgun is fitted with an extended magazine tube, pistol grip, door breacher muzzle brake, and collapsible KNOXX SpecOps NRS stock. Kono uses this Remington to fire beanbag rounds and fitted with a Picatinny rail during the prison rescue in "Olelo HoʻOpaʻI Make" (S3E13).
Remington 870
A sawed-off Remington 870 with a pistol grip is used by Ray (T.I.) in Danno's flashback as a Newark Police Department detective in "I Ka Wa Mamua" (S3E06). In "Kahu" (S3E11), Moku Bradford (Juan Gabriel Pareja) aims similar shot gun, fitted with a heat shield and slightly shorter barrel, at Danno.
Saiga 12K
An NLM member carries a Saiga 12K in the Season 3 finale "Aloha, Malama Pono" (S3E23).

The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is seen used throughout Season 3.

In "Hookman" (S3E15), a gunstore owner named Norm (Max Weinberg) is seen holding a full size Uzi fitted with a scope when his shop comes under fire.

A Mini Uzi is used by Devon Akina in "La O Na Makuahine" (S3E01).
Ingram MAC-10
A MAC-10 is seen in the safe in the Season 3 finale "Aloha, Malama Pono" (S3E23).

The Intratec TEC-9 is held by one of the drug dealer's henchmen in "Hoa Pili" (S3E19).
Smith & Wesson 76
A Smith & Wesson 76 is used by one of Delano's men in "La O Na Makuahine" (S3E01). In "Hookman" (S3E15), one of the gunmen in an armed robbery seen in a flashback is armed with the Smith & Wesson 76.
Colt 9mm SMG (RO635)
In "Paʻani" (S3E17), players in a milsim game are seen using Colt 9mm submachine guns (RO635) modified to fire paintballs. The Colt rifles are most likely actual blank-firing guns or replicas as Simunition guns don't produce muzzle flashes, though they do sound like real gun shots, which works for the purpose of the episode.

The AKM is used in several Season 3 episodes.
AKMS
The AKMS is seen throughout Season 3.
AKMSU
A White Fire contractor is armed with an AKMSU fitted with black synthetic furniture in "Ohuna" (S3E07). In "Paʻani" (S3E17), players use AKMSU-style rifles that fired paintball rounds but since they all produce muzzle flashes, they are most likely either blank-firing weapons or replicas with the flashes added via CGI.
AMD-65 (Hybrid)
Masked art gallery robbers are armed with what appears to be hybrid AMD-65s, created with several AK parts in "Kanalua" (S3E02).
Colt M16A1
South Korean troops are armed with Colt M16A1s in the Korean DMZ in "Olelo Paʻa" (S3E20).
Colt M16A2
Soldiers with a US Army ceremonial detail use Colt M16A2s during a ceremony in "I Ka Wa Mamua" (S3E06).
Colt M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 is seen used throughout Season 3.
Colt Model 933
Danno continues to carry the Colt Model 933 fitted with an EOTech sight and vertical grip while conducting raids with the team. Chin Ho also uses one in "Ohuna" (S3E07) during a rescue mission to save Kono.
Colt AR-15A2 Government Carbine
Honolulu Police SWAT operators use Colt AR-15A2 Government Carbines as their main assault rifles in the series.
Heckler & Koch HK416
In a flashback to his time as an active Navy SEAL, Steve carries a Heckler & Koch HK416 during a mission in North Korea in "Olelo Paʻa" (S3E20). As this episode was a direct prequel to Season 1's "Pilot", McGarrett's HK416 was set up almost identically to the one he carried in that episode (NOTE: In the Pilot, Steve's HK416 was fitted with an EOTech 551 and had an under-barrel laser; in this episode, the HK416 has no under-barrel laser, and the EOTech sight on the weapon is an XPS, not a -551).
IMI Galil MAR
A White Fox contractor is armed with an IMI Galil MAR assault carbine in "Ohuna" (S3E07). One is seen in Sean Winston's South African profile in the same episode. An NLM terrorist carried the Galil MAR with in "Aloha, Malama Pono" (S3E24).
Noveske Rifleworks Diplomat
McGarrett continues to carry the Noveske Rifleworks Diplomat while conducting raids with the team. His rifle has an Aimpoint T-1 red dot with a magnifier scope, AN/PEQ-15 laser designator, vertical foregrip, and Surefire-made 60-round magazines or Magpul-made 30-round PMAGs.
SIG SG552
A SIG SG 552 is used by one of Delano's men in "La O Na Makuahine" (S3E01).

DRD Tactical Paratus-16-LR-B
In "Hookman" (S3E15), a DRD Tactical Paratus-16-LR-B, which is identified by McGarrett as a "308 DRD Paratus", is used by Curt Stoner (Peter Weller, who also directed the episode). The rifle also used by Don McKinney (Charlie Murphy) later in the episode.
Knight's Armament SR-25 Enhanced Combat Carbine
In "Hookman" (S3E15), Kono (Grace Park) uses an SR-25 Enhanced Combat Carbine when engaging Curt Stoner. This firearm's full name is "Stoner Rifle SR-25".
Mk 12 Mod 0 Special Purpose Rifle
What appears to be a Mk 12 Mod 0 Special Purpose Rifle is used by Danno in "Hana I WaʻIa" (S3E14). The flash hider is wrong for a real Mk 12 as it looks to be a regular birdcage. The rifle also is fitted with a 60 round Surefire mag, a Magpul PRS stock, AN/PEQ-15 laser designator, brass catcher and a C-MORE Systems sight.
Springfield Armory M1A Scout Squad
What appears to be a Springfield Armory M1A is held by a corrections officer in "La O Na Makuahine" (S3E01). The same rifle may be used in "Kanalua" (S3E02).
Steyr SSG 69 PIV
