Face of the Frog is a 1959 Danish-German movie directed by Harald Reinl. All of London trembles in front of a gang whose boss is disguised as a toad. Inspector Elk and Scotland Yard always see only the frog legs from the robbers. Only hobby detective Richard Gordon clings to the costumed criminal's heels.
This is the first entry of the German adaptation series (1959 - 1972) of the novels of Edgar Wallace.
