The following weapons were used in Season 4 of the television series Hawaii Five-0:
WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Pistols
Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) continues to carry a SIG-Sauer P226 Navy fitted with a Surefire X300 as his sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P226
What appears to be a modified SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Clara Williams (Melanie Griffith) when she uses a HPD simulator in "Hoku Welowelo" (S4E16).
SIG-Sauer P226 (Nickel)
A nickel-plated SIG-Sauer P226 is used by the lead kidnapper in "A'ale Ma'a Wau" (S4E02).
SIG-Sauer P220 Combat TB
A SIG-Sauer P220 Combat TB is seen in the middle of "O kela me keia Manama" (S4E12).
SIG-Sauer P229R
Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) continues to carry a SIG-Sauer P229R as his sidearm in Season 4, occasionally fitted with a Surefire X300 weaponlight. Gary Nathan (James Urbaniak) breifly disarms Chin Ho of his sidearm and uses it against him near the end of "Pukana" (S4E11). Some of the mercenaries disguised as fake HPD SWAT offices use them in "O ka Pili'Ohana ka 'Oi" (S4E22).
Beretta 92FS
In "Akanahe" (S4E08), McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) takes a Beretta 92FS off a thug who is trying to kill Ian Wright. A couple of gunmen working for Julian Lynch are armed with 92FS pistols with weaponlights mounted underneath the barrel near the end of "Na hala a ka makua" (S4E14). An illegal gun buyer uses this when he thinks the gun deal is being compromised in "Pale 'la" (S4E15). Catherine (Michelle Borth) uses one during her time in Afghanistan with the US Navy in "Makani 'olu a holo malie" (S4E21).
Beretta 92FS Inox
Tomas (Vancamp Popese), an NLM terrorist, brandishes a Beretta 92FS Inox in "Aloha kekahi i kekahi" (S4E01). It's also seen "A'ale Ma'a Wau" (S4E02) as a cigarette lighter. It's seen in a flashback sequence in "Makani 'olu a holo malie" (S4E21), which was used by an organ transplant robber to knock out the driver delivering the transplant.
Browning BDM
The serial killer shoots and kills a burglar with a Browning BDM at the start of "Pukana" (S4E11). Ministry of State Security agents Zi Chen (Elaine Tan) and Quan use BDMs as their main sidearm in Honolulu in "Hoku Welowelo" (S4E16), as a stand-in for the Norinco QSZ-92 (called "Type 92" on the show).
Colt Woodsman
A Colt Woodsman is seen in an evidence photo used by Chin Ho and Kono to track down a stolen pistol near the end of "Pale 'la" (S4E15).
Browning Hi-Power Silver Chrome
The chrome Browning Hi-Power is used by Julian Lynch in "Na hala a ka makua" (S4E14)
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is a frequent handgun used in Season 4. Ernesto (Henry Ian Cusick) aims his Glock 17 at McGarrett and Danno in "Aloha kekahi i kekahi" (S4E01). Roy Parrish (Michael Madsen) threatens Danno with a Glock 17 taken off a Deputy U.S. Marshal in "Na hala a ka makua"(S4E14).
Glock 19
The Glock 19 appears to be the handgun used by a robbery crew in "Kaʻoia Iʻo Ma Loko" (S4E03). These pistols are seen fitted with suppressors and laser sights at the episode's beginning. The pistols also appear to be full-auto conversions when they are fitted with extended magazines and fired.
Heckler & Koch P30
Detective Danny 'Danno' Williams (Scott Caan) continues to carry the Heckler & Koch P30 in Season 4. A P30 also appears to be the pistol used by Kono to threaten Sato in "Akanahe" (S4E08).
Heckler & Koch P7M13
Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) uses a Heckler & Koch P7M13 in "O ka Pili'Ohana ka 'Oi" (S4E22) to kill Ian Wright.
Kimber Tactical Pro II
Grover loads a Kimber Tactical Pro II pistol taken from his small arms locker in his Honolulu residence in "O ka Pili'Ohana ka 'Oi" (S4E22).
M1911A1 (Nickel)
A nickel-plated M1911A1 is used by NLM terrorist leader El Condor (Nestor Serrano) as his main sidearm in "Aloha kekahi i kekahi" (S4E01).
M1911
In "Hoʻonani Makuakane" (S4E10), David Toriyama (James Saito) attempts to shoot a Pearl Harbor veteran with an M1911. Steve is seen disarming him of the pistol.
Ruger KP89
A Ruger KP89 is used by Allen Kingston (Bruce Nozick) near the end of "A ia la aku" (S4E04).
Smith & Wesson 5906
The Smith & Wesson 5906 continues to be the sidearm carried by uniformed officers of the Honolulu Police Department including Sgt. Duke Lukela (Dennis Chun).
Smith & Wesson M&P
Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth) uses a Smith & Wesson M&P as her main sidearm, first seen in "Kupu'eu" (S4E05). Kono appears to use the M&P again after being officially back in the unit, first seen in "Pale 'la" (S4E15).
Springfield Armory TRP Operator
SWAT Captain Lou Grover (Chi McBride) carries a Springfield Armory TRP Operator fitted with a Streamlight TLR-1 weaponlight as his sidearm. He notably uses it in "Akanahe" (S4E08).
Walther PPS
Adam pulls what appears to be a Walther PPS pistol when he threatens a wounded wakashu (foot soldier in Japanese) somewhere in Kowloon at the start of "A ia la aku" (S4E04).
Taser X2
Jerry Ortega (Jorge Garcia) uses a Taser X2 to take down Zi in "Hoku Welowelo" (S4E16).
Compact .32 ACP pistol (Seecamp LWS-32)
In "Ua Nalohia" (S4E07), Catherine is seen pulling what appears to be a .32 ACP compact pistol from a thigh holster. This pistol resembles a Seecamp LWS-32 .32 ACP pistol, but has a modified trigger guard and raised sights and was previously seen in Season 1's "E Malama" (S1E16).
Revolvers
Ruger Vaquero
In "A'ale Ma'a Wau" (S4E02), Texas Ranger Ray Harper (Tim Daly) carries a chrome Ruger Vaquero with pearl grips as his sidearm. This is most likely a Hollywood exaggeration or his personal sidearm, being that modern Texas Rangers most likely aren’t allowed to carry revolvers let alone a single action one.
Smith & Wesson Military & Police
The Smith & Wesson Military & Police revolver is test fired in "Hoʻonani Makuakane" (S4E10). Another one is seen near the corpse of Jorge Molina in a flashback sequence in "Pale 'la" (S4E15) back when Grover used to be with the Chicago Police Department.
Smith & Wesson Model 64
A Smith & Wesson Model 64 is used by Christopher near the end of Hana Lokomaika'i" (S4E13) in a robbery back in 1999.
Submachine Guns
Beretta PM12S
A masked gunman fires at McGarrett, Danno and Roy with a Beretta PM12S in "Na hala a ka makua" (S4E14).
Cobray M11/9
A Cobray M11/9 is used by Dawn Hatfield (Sarah Pieterse) to engage HPD officers in the middle of "Pe'epe'e Kanaka" (S4E20).
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Kono uses a Heckler & Koch MP5K as her main weapon after she gets back to the Five-0 unit, first seen at the start of "Ku I Ka Pili Koko" (S4E19). A Makuakane cartel gangster uses one in "O ka Pili'Ohana ka 'Oi" (S4E22).
Heckler & Koch UMP
At the beginning of Season 4's premiere "Aloha kekahi i kekahi" (S4E01), NLM terrorists are armed with Heckler & Koch UMP's during the attempted assasssination of Wo Fat.
Hotchkiss "Type Universal"
In "A'ale Ma'a Wau" (S4E02), a Hotchkiss "Type Universal" submachine gun appears to be carried by a kidnapper.
MAC-11
What appears to be a MAC-11 is used by a Makuakane Family cartel gangster near the end of "O ka Pili'Ohana ka 'Oi" (S4E22).
Intratec TEC-9
In "A'ale Ma'a Wau" (S4E02), a Intratec TEC-9 is held by one of the kidnapper's henchmen. It's also used by Brian Miller in a shootout in "Pe'epe'e Kanaka" (S4E20).
M1928A1 Thompson
During the attack on Pearl Harbor, several M1928A1 Thompsons can be seen wielded by US troops in "Hoʻonani Makuakane" (S4E10).
Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion
At the end of "Aloha kekahi i kekahi" (S4E01), a Yakuza wakashu armed with a Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion hunts for Kono and Adam at their Fujian hideout. Kono uses it in "A'ale Ma'a Wau" (S4E02) to take out more wakashus coming to assassinate Adam and her in Fujian province.
Steyr SPP
In Season 4's premiere "Aloha kekahi i kekahi" (S4E01), several NLM terrorists including Ernesto (Henry Ian Cusick) and Flora (Martha Higareda) are seen armed with Steyr SPP's.
Sterling Mk. IV
A Sterling Mk. IV appears to be used by a Yakuza wakashu in "A'ale Ma'a Wau" (S4E02). It does not use a standard curved Sterling magazine however, being instead fitted with a straight 32 round Sten magazine.
Smith & Wesson M76
What appears to be a Smith & Wesson M76 is used by a masked gunmen during an attack in "Na hala a ka makua" (S4E14).
Assault Rifles
AKM
A few Taliban fighters use AKM assault rifles in "Makani 'olu holo malie" (S4E21).

AKMS (custom short barrel)
The rifle held by one of the kidnappers in "A'ale Ma'a Wau" (S4E02) appears to be an AKMS with a custom short barrel similar to the one seen in Terminator 3. Gabriel Waincroft (Christopher Sean) uses one when he engages the Five-0 team near the end of "Hana Lokomaika'i" (S4E13).
AKMSU
