At least one Woodbury guard (uncredited) aims the rifle at the end of "I Ain't a Judas" (S3E11). During the arrival of the unknown car to the prison in the same episode, Rick, Carol, and Michonne holds rifles. Morgan (Lennie James) fires the optic scoped rifle in "Clear" (S3E12) until Michonne takes it away. Rick also examines one rifle in his hideout. Going to negotiate with Woodbury's men Hershel takes the rifle with him in "Arrow on the Doorpost" (S3E13). Also Glenn and Carol hold rifles with optic scopes in the same episode.

Steyr AUG A1

Philip Blake / "The Governor" (David Morrissey) uses a Steyr AUG A1 in "Home" (S3E10).

TRIVIA: The weapon is likely meant to be a full-auto conversion of an AUG SA, a semi-automatic variant of the A1 which was imported to the US for civilian use before being banned in 1989. Fully-automatic AUGs are extremely rare in the United States, as unlike the M4A1 they are not military issue and are not used by any law enforcement entities apart from US Customs and Immigration Enforcement. The civilian variant of the AUG is the STG-556 which has a different design than the A1.

Type 56

Shumpert (Travis Love) and at least two other Woodbury guards (including William Tokarsky) are armed with Type 56 rifles with slant compensators during a shootout in "Made to Suffer" (S3E08). Shumpert continues to use the Type in "The Suicide King" (S3E09), guarding the wall. Karen (Melissa Ponzio) holds the rifle guarding the wall in "Home" (S3E10). Shumpert also fires his Type during the attack on the prison at the end of the episode. Karen and Shumpert is also armed with the Type 56 at the end of "I Ain't a Judas" (S3E11).

Type 56-1

Due to a continuity error, Daryl (Norman Reedus) takes a Type 56-1 with a railed handguard out of the car trunk in "When the Dead Come Knocking" (S3E07), however, Oscar left the WASR-10 there before that. In a subsequent "Made to Suffer" (S3E08), Daryl uses the Type during a firefight with the Governor's men. Glenn (Steven Yeun) also briefly holds the rifle in the same episode.

Caroll (Melissa McBride) is seen firing what appears to be an WASR-10 UF rifle with railed handguard from a prison watchtower in "Seed" (S3E01). Before the trip to Woodbury in "When the Dead Come Knocking" (S3E07), Oscar (Vincent Ward) puts the gun along with other weapons in the car trunk, but due to a continuity error it is later replaced by a Type 56-1 carried by Daryl later in the episode. Like the M4A1 above, this rifle was not among their weapons in the previous season, thus was most likely found in between Seasons 2 and 3, as the group was on the move for several months scavenging.

Sniper Rifles

Accuracy International Arctic Warfare

An Accuracy International Arctic Warfare appears in the hands of one of Woodbury guards (Brad Balentine) on the wall in "Home" (S3E10). Another resident (Will Gara) holds the rifle while unloading a truck in "I Ain't a Judas" (S3E11). The rifle is actually an airsoft replica based on the bright silver ejection port, bull barrel with no muzzle brake and lack of a finger cut-out in the magazine well.

Shotguns

Mossberg 500

What is supposed to be Shane's shotgun from previous seasons appears again in Season 3. However, for unknown reasons, the Mossberg 500 is used instead of the Mossberg 590, also fitted with a heatshield and a KNOXX SpecOps NRS stock with pistol grip, which can be told by the different endcap. Going to Woodbury in "When the Dead Come Knocking" (S3E07) both Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Oscar (Vincent Ward) carry the shotgun, but Oscar eventually takes it for himself during the fight in "Made to Suffer" (S3E08).

Remington Model 870

One of Woodbury guards (Will Gara) is armed with a Remington 870 Police Magnum guarding the wall in "Walk With Me" (S3E03). Shumpert (Travis Love) and three unnamed guards (Marlin Lynch III, Gene Harper and Mitchell Gunter) are armed with shotguns during the Woodbury invasion in "Made to Suffer" (S3E08). In the same episode, Rick sees a vision of Shane (Jon Bernthal) with the Remington. The two residents who survived the shooting also continue to use shotguns in "The Suicide King" (S3E09). During the attack on the prison at the end of "Home" (S3E10), Maggie (Lauren Cohan) takes out the shotgun and gives it to Beth (Emily Kinney). At least two residents (Will Gara and Brendon Cornwell) are briefly seen with shotguns in "I Ain't a Judas" (S3E11). Beth also holds the shotgun in the same episode. Morgan (Lennie James) carries the Remington behind his back at the end of "Clear" (S3E12).

Machine Guns

Browning M2HB

A Browning M2HB machine gun is mounted on a National Guard HMMWV that the Governor brings back to Woodbury in "Walk With Me" (S3E03). It appears to be a mockup identical to the one was fitted on the fake M1 Abrams tank in Season 1. Distrusting the Governor Michonne (Danai Gurira) checks the machine gun in "Killer Within" (S3E04). A car with the MG is briefly seen on the streets of Woodbury in "Arrow on the Doorpost" (S3E13).

Others

Bows

Arriving at the military helicopter crash site at the beginning of "Walk With Me" (S3E03) Shumpert (Travis Love) shoots a walker with a bow. Another Woodbury guard (Jim Moulton) is seen with a compound bow at the wall. Another guard (uncredited) is seen with the bow in "Killer Within" (S3E04) and another guard (Luther Thompson Jr.) is briefly seen with a bow in "Hounded" (S3E06). Woodbury guard Haley (Alexa Nikolas) shoots the compound bow at walker from the wall in "Hounded" (S3E06). Shumpert also holds the bow guarding a wall in "When the Dead Come Knocking" (S3E07). Horton Scout HD 125

Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) continues to carry his Horton Scout HD 125 crossbow as his weapon of choice in Season 3 and uses it in "Seed" (S3E01) and "Sick" (S3E02). Daryl carries it behind the back in "Killer Within" (S3E04) and uses it in "Say the Word" (S3E05), "Hounded" (S3E06) and "When the Dead Come Knocking" (S3E07). Daryl carries the crossbow in "Made to Suffer" (S3E08), but loses it at the end of the episode after being captured. Shumpert (Travis Love) then uses it in the arena, but Dixon returns it at the beginning of "The Suicide King" (S3E09) and uses it in "Home" (S3E10) and for the last time in "I Ain't a Judas" (S3E11).

Weapons Cache & Arsenals

Rick's Bag of Guns

Rick briefly carries another bag with a Mossberg 500 and bolt action rifle in "Seed" (S3E01). Rick's original gun bag from the King County Police Department is seen on one of Michonne's pack walkers at the beginning of "Walk With Me" (S3E03). When they arrive in Woodbury the bag is left with the Governor, who checks the weapons from it in "The Suicide King" (S3E09).

Morgan's Arsenal

In "Clear" (S3E12), Rick, Carl, and Michonne discover the massive amount of arms gathered by Morgan Jones (Lennie James) in his hideout.

A Stryker Strykezone 380 crossbow, two AK rifles, a shotgun and several rifles can be seen on a rack against the wall. Also visible in the foreground is a box of Mk 2 hand grenades, at least one M84 stun grenade and a Model 24 Stielhandgranate. A flash hider and part of the Ruger Mini-14's barrel are also visible to the right by the wall.
On the green crate is an Crosman M4-177 with the grip and the sight, the MP5K-PDW and the MP5K.
