Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) continues to carry a SIG-Sauer P229R as his sidearm in Season 3, occasionally with a Surefire X300 weaponlight. A DAK variant appears as the sidearm carried by members of US Coast Guard in "Lana I Ka Moana" (S3E03). Interestingly, the pistol has a UID label, which brings up the possibility of it being a true Coast Guard sidearm.
