Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah is the 18th entry in the Toho produced Godzilla film series and third in the Heisei era. A group of time travellers from XXIII century appear in Japan. They claim that in future Godzilla would completely destroy Japan, and that the only way to defeat the monster is to prevent its "birth" in past. Together with several scientists the voyagers from future travel back in time to February 1944 when on a remote island in Pacific a dinosaur known as Godzillasaurus attacks American troops and thus saves a small Japanese unit. The gravely wounded dinosaur is transferred from its time, thus Godzilla seems to be erased from history. But this activities leads to appearance of another kaiju, three-headed dragonlike King Ghidorah.

Thompson M1928A1
During the battle for Lagos Island in 1944 American troops use Thompson M1928A1 SMGs. The guns are replicas that differ by oversized fake Cutts compensators.
Thompson M1A1
What appears to be a version of Thompson M1A1 with Cutts compensator is also seen in hands of an American soldier.
M3/M3A1 "Grease Gun"
In the same scene some soldiers carry M3 / M3A1 "Grease Gun" SMGs.

During the battle for Lagos Island in 1944 Japanese Imperial soldiers carry Arisaka Type 38 rifles.
M1 Carbine
During the battle for Lagos Island in 1944 most American soldiers are armed with M1 Carbines. Some replicas are fitted with bayonet lugs but of incorrect size and shape.
M16A1
JSDF personnel are armed with M16A1s.

During the battle for Lagos Island in 1944 American troops use a Browning M1919A4 machine gun.
Type 99
During the battle for Lagos Island in 1944 Japanese Imperial troops use a Type 99 Light Machine Gun.
Type 62 Machine Gun
A Type 62 machine gun is mounted on Type 82 command and communications vehicle.
Browning M2HB Machine Gun
Browning M2HB heavy machine guns are mounted on various armored vehicles.
Phalanx CIWS
JMSDF DDH-142 Hiei helicopter carrying destroyer is armed with a pair of Phalanx CIWS systems.

Mk 2 Hand Grenade
During the battle for Lagos Island in 1944 some American soldiers carry Mk 2 hand grenades.
Super Bazooka
During the battle for Lagos Island in 1944 American troops use M20 "Super Bazooka" launchers. The screen used replicas are slightly different from original weapon.
