A M1911A1 is briefly used, but confiscated in "O Ka Mea Ua Hala, Ua Hala Ia" (S8E13). A stainless version is used in "O Na Hoku O Ka Lani Ka I 'Ike Ia Pae" (S8E16) by Honolulu Yakuza Kumicho Hideki Tashiro (Aaron Yoo). In "Aohe mea make i ka hewa; make no i ka mihi ole" (S8E19), Leroy Davis (Thomas Q. Jones) uses it briefly during an altercation. McGarrett finds a M1911 ditched in a forest in "Ka Lala Kaukonakona Haki 'Ole I Ka Pa A Ka Makani Kona" (S8E24) used by Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) later on.
