Revolvers
Colt Python
Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) continues to use his six-inch barreled Colt Python in Season Two. At the end of "What Lies Ahead" (S2E01), he offers it to Lori, but she refuses. At the end of "Bloodletting" (S2E02), Rick gives his revolver to Otis (Pruitt Taylor Vince), who is going with Shane for medical supplies. Otis fires it in "Save the Last One" (S2E03), and then Shane (Jon Bernthal) gives it back to Rick. He surrenders the gun in "Cherokee Rose" (S2E04), agreeing to Hershel's rules. Both Rick and Glenn (Steven Yeun) briefly hold the revolver in "Chupacabra" (S2E05). The holstered revolver is seen in "Secrets" (S2E06). Rick shoots the last walker that came out of the barn at the end of "Pretty Much Dead Already" (S2E07) and shoots during a confrontation in a bar in "Nebraska" (S2E08) and subsequent "Triggerfinger" (S2E09). Shane tries to grab the revolver from Rick's holster in "18 Miles Out" (S2E10). Daryl (Norman Reedus) takes the revolver away from Rick and shoots at the end of "Judge, Jury, Executioner" (S2E11). During a tense conversation at the end of "Better Angels" (S2E12), Rick gives his revolver to Shane. Grimes fires the Colt during the walker invasion in "Beside the Dying Fire" (S2E13).
Colt Detective Special
While searching the woods in "What Lies Ahead" (S2E01), Daryl (Norman Reedus) finds a Colt Detective Special in a tent and gives it to Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies) who carries it in her back pocket. Angry at being forbidden to carry a gun, Andrea (Laurie Holden) demands the revolver but later returns it. Lori is seen with the holstered revolver in "Bloodletting" (S2E02). In "Secrets" (S2E06) Lori takes the gun from Carl and carries it in her pocket. Later, during shooting practice, Patricia (Jane McNeill) uses the gun. Shane (Jon Bernthal) tries to give Carl the Colt again in "Pretty Much Dead Already" (S2E07), but Lori intervenes. In "Nebraska" (S2E08), Lori takes the Colt with her for protection to go find Rick in town and fires it in self-defense from a walker in the following "Triggerfinger" (S2E09). She also briefly holds it in "Judge, Jury, Executioner" (S2E11) and "Better Angels" (S2E12). Lori fires the Colt again at walkers in Season 2's finale "Beside the Dying Fire" (S2E13).
Colt Official Police
Dale (Jeffrey DeMunn) is seen with what appears to be a holstered Colt Official Police in "What Lies Ahead" (S2E01). In an deleted scene, he shoots walkers in a nursing home. The gun is also seen holstered in "Bloodletting" (S2E02). Dale and Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies) are both seen with the revolver in "Secrets" (S2E06). Noticing his pistol is missing in "Better Angels" (S2E12) Daryl (Norman Reedus) gets the revolver from T-Dog (IronE Singleton) and uses it during the walker horde attack in "Beside the Dying Fire" (S2E13).
Bruni Olympic 6
In "Secrets" (S2E06) Shane notices that Carl (Chandler Riggs) carries what appears to be a blank-firing Bruni Olympic 6 revolver pretending to be a Colt Detective Special. After a brief argument, Lori allows to teach his son how to use the gun, but Bruni never shows up after that.
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) is briefly seen with a Beretta 92FS in his hand at the beginning of "What Lies Ahead" (S2E01). In an deleted scene, he shoots walkers in a nursing home. Andrea loads the Beretta's magazine at the beginning of "Save the Last One" (S2E03) until Daryl asks it of her, going on a search with the gun. After seeing Andrea's (Laurie Holden) success during shooting practice in "Secrets" (S2E06), Shane (Jon Bernthal) offers her a heavier Beretta, which she subsequently keeps for herself, using it during the search in the same episode and later in "Pretty Much Dead Already" (S2E07). She later carries it holstered in "Nebraska" (S2E08) and "Judge, Jury, Executioner" (S2E11).
