Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is the sixth and (as the title suggests) final installment in this cycle of the Resident Evil film franchise. Milla Jovovich reprises her role as Alice, as she returns to the devastated remains of Raccoon City in order to perform one final task to save humanity. Among the notable firearms seen in this film are the AF2011 Dueller Prismatic double-barreled pistol as well as a tri-barreled shotgun that is an adaptation of Resident Evil 5's Hydra shotgun. The film was written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and was released in January of 2017.
The following weapons were used in the film Resident Evil: The Final Chapter:
WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Handguns
Arsenal Firearms 2011 Dueller Prismatic
Christian (William Levy) uses two skull-painted AF2011 Dueller Prismatic double-barreled pistols as his main firearms. Alice (Milla Jovovich) is seen wielding them at one point. Razor (Fraser James) also hands one. Along with the film Spectre, this is one of the earliest appearances of the handgun in a major motion picture.
Beretta 92FS "Samurai Edge"
Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts) carries a custom Beretta 92FS with a flashlight attachment in a shoulder holster; the pistol is customized very similarly to the customized Beretta 92FS "Samurai Edge" pistols found in the original video game series, featuring a stainless steel barrel and custom wooden and synthetic grip panels that have the emblem of the S.T.A.R.S. unit from the video games. Differences between the movie gun and the video game gun includes the lack of a Brigadier slide, the use of standard 92FS sights instead of target sights, having a two-tone finish with an Inox frame, having a standard slide catch, and having an integrated underbarrel rail. This marks the first appearance of the "Samurai Edge" in the live-action film series, ironically in the last film of the series.
Later in the film, Wesker holds the pistol on Claire Redfield (Ali Larter). Claire fires the pistol in a confrontation. The battle with Dr. Issac, Claire fires a round and Issacs' Predictive Combat Software misidentifies it as being .45 caliber. She reloads the pistol before being knocked away. The real Dr. Isaacs (Iain Glen) holds the pistol on Alice at the near end.
Beretta 92FS
Claire Redfield (Ali Larter) initially uses a standard Beretta 92FS as her sidearm. Razor (Fraser James) uses a Beretta in continuity error during the chase.
Browning Hi-Power
Razor (Fraser James) uses two Browning Hi-Powers with one of them being reverse two-tone as his main firearms. He loses the pistols at the lake.
Chiappa Rhino 50DS
Doc (Eoin Macken) carries a 5" barrel Chiappa Rhino 50DS.
Glock 17
Umbrella operatives appear to carry Glock 17 pistols fitted with special compensators with a built-in under-barrel rail as their sidearms. Alice is seen taking one and using it during a shootout. A child survivor is seen holding a worn-out Glock 17 with stainless slide on Alice. The clone of Dr. Isaacs (Iain Glen) uses a modified Glock 17.
Submachine Guns
Franchi LF-57
Claire Redfield (Ali Larter) fires a Franchi LF-57 without a buttstock at zombies before running out.
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Alice also uses a Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW with the folding stock removed, but it still has a B&T UMP-style stock adapter fitted. She also hands one with the folding stock attracted to Doc (Eoin Macken). Doc tries to use the SMG in a confrontation.
IMI Uzi
Abigail (Ruby Rose) uses a full-size IMI Uzi with a detachable wood buttstock and extra magazine attached as her main firearm.
Kommando LDP
Cobalt (Rola) and Christian (William Levy) both use the blued Kommando LDP.
Shotguns
Tri-Barreled Shotgun
Claire hands Alice a shotgun with three side-by-side barrels. She uses the shotgun during confrontation with one of Issac's men and the chase with "Cerberus" bio-weapons. This is likely a homage to the "Hydra" shotgun seen in the Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 games.
Rifles/Carbines
SAR M14
Some Umbrella operatives appear to be armed with the SAR M14 fitted with red dot sights.
AKMS
Survivors use AKMS rifles to defend the building when Dr. Issac and his men attack. Claire uses an AKMS during the battle with the "Cerberus" bio-weapons. She claims half-of-magazine at the entrance of the Umbrella Hive. Claire makes a small bomb out of the rifle's bullet to escape the glass cage.
M4A1
Survivors use the M4A1 to defend the building when Dr. Issac and his men attack
FN FAL
Doc (Eoin Macken) and Thin Man (Milton Schorr) carries an FN FAL "G Series" rifle while on the run from the "Cerberus" bio-weapons just before losing it at the lake.
Machine Guns
M134 Minigun
M134 Miniguns are dual-mounted on the armored vehicle commanded by Dr. Isaacs.
