The following weapons were used in Season 6 of the television series Supernatural:

Pistols

Colt M1911A1

Dean (Jensen Ackles) uses a custom M1911A1 with an engraved slide and ivory grips with gold Colt medallions as his main weapon throughout the series. He mostly carries it in condition 2, with a loaded magazine and a round in the chamber and the hammer down. Interestingly enough, most of the time he is seen pointing this gun at someone, the hammer is down, which means that he won't be able to fire right away unless he cocks it, which is not really ideal. The opposite is true with Sam's Taurus PT92, which he carries with the hammer down (which wouldn't matter on a double action pistol like the PT92), but he almost always seem to cock the hammer when readying it.

A Smith & Wesson Model 60 is used by a store owner (Paul Bae) in "Appointment In Samarra" (S06E11).

Visible in this shot is a pair of wires going down the barrel of the gun. It is likely that this is a small electrically detonated pyrotechnic charge which has been used in lieu of a blank (which can be dangerous) due to the short range that the gun is being used at. Also note the actors peculiar grip, most likely due to his hand having to contain whatever detonates the pyrotechnics.

A .44 caliber reproduction of the Colt 1851 Navy with a steel frame, polished trigger guard and pearl grips is used by Dean (Jensen Ackles) when he becomes the Sheriff "Frontierland" (S06E18).

"The Colt" (Colt Paterson 1836 cartridge conversion)

"Back in 1835, when Halley's Comet was overhead, same night those men died at the Alamo, they say Samuel Colt made a gun. A special gun. He made it for a hunter. A man like us, only on horseback. Story goes, he made thirteen bullets. This hunter used the gun a half dozen times before he disappeared, the gun along with him... Somehow Daniel got his hands on it. They say... they say this gun can kill anything."

The pistol which is simply referred to as "The Colt" is a modified Colt Paterson 1836, first seen in Season 1. The actual gun appears to be built from a Pietta "Paterson Extra Deluxe" based on the engravings and silver inlay markings. The pistol is further modified with a cartridge conversion, by having a pentagram carved into each grip plate, and the barrel is engraved with "non timebo mala" which translates to "I will fear no evil" (a reference to Psalm 23). This season The Colt only appears in a single episode, "Frontierland" (S06E18).

A sawed off Winchester Model 1887 is the main shotgun used by Dean (Jensen Ackles).

A sawed off shotgun can be seen in "Mommy Dearest" (S06E19) loaded with phoenix ash to kill Eve. Although nobody is seen actually using it, we can surmise that it is carried by Castiel (Misha Collins) as the other 3 shotguns shown are the regular shotguns used by Dean, Sam and Bobby, and Castiel has used this sawed off shotgun in past episodes.

Ithaca 37 (Sawed Off)

A sawed off Ithaca 37 is the main shotgun used by Sam (Jared Padalecki) after he has gotten his soul back.

The angel Virgil (Carlos Sanz) uses a Maverick Model 88 after being transported to our mundane reality and loosing his powers in "The French Mistake" (S06E15).

Ellen Harvelle (Samantha Ferris) uses a sawed off Remington Model 870 Field Gun in the alternate timeline episode "My Heart Will Go On" (S06E17).

A Heckler & Koch HK91A2 fitted with a telescopic sight, cheek riser, flash hider, bipod and 10 round magazine is used by Dean (Jensen Ackles) in "All Dogs Go to Heaven" (S06E08).

The rifles are visible on the rack, 4th and 5th from the right. They can be distinguished from original Winchester Model 62 rifles by the fact that they have 16 grooves on the pump rather than 17.

A MilTec G1 paintball pistol is one of the many weapons in the weapons compartment of the Impala.
