Robert Picardo is an American actor well known to television audiences for his roles as the Doctor in Star Trek: Voyager and Richard Woolsey in the three Stargate series. He also is known as one of the actors who regularly appears in the films directed by Joe Dante, which includes Innerspace, Gremlins 2: The New Batch, and The Howling.
