The following weapons were used in Season 10 of the television series Supernatural:

Pistols

Colt M1911A1

Dean (Jensen Ackles) uses a custom M1911A1 with an engraved slide and ivory grips with gold Colt medallions as his main weapon throughout the series.

Custom engraved nickel plated Colt MKIV Series 80 with pearl grips - .45 ACP
Dean points his 1911 at Kate (Brit Sheridan) in "Paper Moon" (S10E04).
Travis holds Dean's 1911 on him in "Paper Moon" (S10E04).
Dean unloading his 1911 into the shifter in "Ask Jeeves" (S10E06).
The 1911 being held at Rowena's (Ruth Connell) head in "Girls, Girls, Girls" (S10E07).
Dean decocking his 1911 in "Girls, Girls, Girls" (S10E07) before dropping it on the ground.
Sam finds Dean's 1911 on the ground and notices there is some flower powder on the grip. "About A Boy" (S10E12).
Dean unloads his sidearm at the Gas n' Sip in "Book of The Damned" (S10E18). During this sequence the slide reciprocates and shells are seen ejecting out of the gun, but the hammer stays down, this means that the reciprocating action and the shells are CGI.
After shooting at least 12 rounds (instead of 8 which is the maximum magazine capacity for a .45 ACP 1911 with a flush-fitting magazine), Dean reloads his sidearm. When he inserts the magazine the slide stop drops automatically, but he still tries to slingshot it forward afterwards, missing it, meaning that he wasn't expecting the gun to do so. This is one of the few occasions when someone is seen reloading during the whole show.
Dean uses his 1911 fitted with a suppressor (this is the only time he uses it in the series) to kill a guard outside the Styne family mansion in "The Prisoner"(S10E22).
Dean turns around and points his .45 at a kid who has been following him. This might seem a tad excessive, but one might guess it's the Mark of Cain's fault, which increases the carrier's aggressiveness. "Brother's Keeper (S10E23).

Taurus PT92AFS

Sam (Jared Padalecki) uses a Taurus PT92AFS with pearl grips as his main weapon throughout the series.

Nickel Taurus PT92 with Pearl Grips - 9x19mm
Sam (Jared Padalecki) tries to draw his Taurus with his left hand (his right arm is currently in a brace) from the back of his waistband when he is ambushed by Cole in "Black" (S10E01), but fails to do so. The gun seems to be on safe, a rare sight in this series, as Sam is usually seen carrying it in double action with the safety disengaged.
Sam surrenders his Taurus when held at gunpoint in "Paper Moon" (S10E04). He decocks it by easing the hammer and pulling the trigger, why he would use this method instead of pulling down on the decocker lever, which is much safer, is unclear.
Sam with his Taurus in "Girls, Girls, Girls" (S10E07) while preparing to defend himself from a witch turned wild animal.
Better close-up of Sam's PT92 in "Girls, Girls, Girls" (S10E07).

Beretta Px4 Storm

Cole Trenton (Travis Aaron Wade) uses a Beretta Px4 Storm as his sidearm, this is a different gun from the one he put into his gun bag in "Black" (S10E01), as that was a Px4 Storm Compact.

Beretta Px4 Storm - 9x19mm.
Cole Trenton (Travis Aaron Wade) holding his Px4 Storm during a confrontation with Dean in "Reichenbach" (S10E02). Note his poor grip, despite the fact that Cole is ex-military.
Demon Dean (Jensen Ackles) ejects the magazine out of Cole's Px4 Storm in "Reichenbach" (S10E02).
Cole (Travis Aaron Wade) pointing his Px4 at Dean in "Girls, Girls, Girls" (S10E07).
Cole holding his Px4 Storm during a struggle with Dean in "Girls, Girls, Girls" (S10E07).

Beretta Px4 Storm Compact

Cole Trenton (Travis Aaron Wade) checks the load of a Beretta Px4 Storm Compact in "Black" (S10E01).

Beretta Px4 Storm - 9x19mm.
Cole (Travis Aaron Wade) checks the magazine of his Px4 Storm Compact as he takes it out of his safe along with other guns to go hunt Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) in "Black" (S10E01).

Beretta 92FS

Sheriff Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster) carries a Beretta 92FS as her duty handgun. Two Beretta 92FSs are seen on a gun counter in "Hibbing 911" (S10E08), a standard black model and an Inox one. Dean (Jensen Ackles) takes a deputy's Beretta after knocking him out in "The Prisoner" (S10E22) and later takes one from Monroe Styne's (Markus Flanagan) shoulder holster after killing him but never uses it on screen.

Donna (Briana Buckmaster) reaches for her Beretta in her leather holster (which doesn't seem to be a very good one, as the trigger guard is clearly exposed) in "Hibbing 911" (S10E08).

Smith & Wesson 5906

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) takes a Smith & Wesson 5906 from a gun safe and uses it during "Ask Jeeves" (S10E06). Another 5906 is seen on a gun counter in "Hibbing 911" (S10E08).

Smith & Wesson Sigma SW9F

Sheriff Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) picks up a Smith & Wesson Sigma SW9F with a nickel plated slide from a gun counter in "Hibbing 911" (S10E08). She manipulates the slide to show the condescending clerk that she can handle a full size handgun and then puts it back.

Smith & Wesson Sigma SW9F - 9x19mm
Sheriff Mills with the SW9F in her hand, Donna identifies it as a Sigma and Jody comments that the gun has a "10 pound pull weight" which is somewhat accurate as the trigger pull on this model of Sigma is between 8 and 12 pounds on average.

Glock 17

What appears to be a full size Glock model (most likely a 17) is seen on a gun counter in "Hibbing 911" (S10E08). A guard in the Styne family mansion uses a Glock 17 when ambushing Dean in "The Prisoner" (S10E22).

A Glock 17 is seen in the hands of a guard in "The Prisoner" (S10E22).

Glock 26

A 3rd Generation Glock 26 is seen in the hands of a gun shop owner as he shows it to Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) and Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster) during a Sheriff's Conference.

Glock 26 (3rd Generation) - 9x19mm
The clerk at the gun counter (which is basically the stereotype of the condescending sexist gun shop owner) shows off the Glock 26 to the two female sheriffs, suggesting that it's perfect to carry it everywhere, even to "have your nails done". "Hibbing 911" (S10E08).

Revolvers

Taurus Judge

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) carries a Taurus Judge during "Brothers Keeper" (S10E23). He uses it to threaten Rowena, stating it's loaded with "witch-killing bullets".

Submachine Guns

Sa vz. 61 Škorpion

Cole Trenton (Travis Aaron Wade) is seen taking a nickel plated Sa vz. 61 Skorpion from his safe and then packing it in a gun bag when he decides to go after Dean (Jensen Ackles) in "Black" (S10E01).

Winchester Model 1887

Dean Winchester's (Jensen Ackles) sawn-off Winchester Model 1887 is only seen in "Fan Fiction" (S10E05) this season, when he pulls it out of the Impala's trunk. He then later throws it back in after saying the iconic line "We got work to do", recreating a scene from the Pilot of the series.

Assault Rifles

Norinco QBZ-97A

Some guards at the Styne family mansion are seen holding Norinco QBZ-97As to ambush Dean in "The Prisoner" (S10E22). While almost impossible to find in the States, chinese rifles like these are readily available in Canada, where Supernatural is filmed.

Two guards are seen aiming their Norincos at Dean in "The Prisoner" (S10E22).

M4 Carbine

A guard at the Styne family mansion is briefly seen with what looks like an M4 Carbine with a quad-rail, a vertical foregrip and an ACOG scope in "The Prisoner" (S10E22).
