Off Limits (1988)
Off Limits is a 1988 murder mystery set during the time of the Vietnam War. Willem Dafoe and Gregory Hines co-star in the film as agents with the US Army's Criminal Investigations Division who are assigned to investigate a series of murders involving prostitutes who also happen to be young mothers. The film's cast also includes Fred Ward and Scott Glenn.

Colt Detective Special (3rd Generation)
Sergeant First Class Buck McGriff (Willem Dafoe) carries a 3rd Generation Colt Detective Special as his sidearm in the film. The revolver is anachronistic as the film takes place in 1968 and this particular generation wasn't introduced until 1973.
Smith & Wesson Model 60
Sergeant First Class Albaby Perkins (Gregory Hines) carries two stainless steel Smith & Wesson Model 60 revolvers as his sidearms.
The M1911A1 is used by the serial killer in the film. M1911A1 pistols are also seen in the hands of Sergeant First Class Buck McGriff (Willem Dafoe), Colonel Dexter Armstrong (Scott Glenn) and Master Sergeant Dix (Fred Ward) and a US helicopter pilot.
The M60 machine gun is seen mounted on military jeeps.
The M60D is used by the doorgunners on a UH-1 "Huey" helicopter.

The M16 Rifle appears in the film when Sergeant First Class Albaby Perkins (Gregory Hines) is seen firing it.
