Francis Albert "Frank" Sinatra (December 12, 1915 – May 14, 1998) was an American actor/singer/producer who is regarded as one of the most popular and influential musical artists of the 20th century, selling more than 150 million records worldwide. In addition to his music, Sinatra's acting career included parts in such films as the original Ocean's Eleven, Von Ryan's Express, The Manchurian Candidate (1962), and From Here to Eternity, a role for which he would receive an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
