Case Closed: Sunflowers of Inferno or also known as Detective Conan: Sunflowers of Inferno (業火の向日葵, Gōka no Himawari), is the nineteenth Case Closed movie. On an art collection in New York one of the famous sunflower paintings from Vincent van Gogh is auctioned. The picture is won by the chairman of the powerful Suzuki group, Jirokichi Suzuki, for the gigantic sum of 300 million dollars - the highest price ever paid for a work of art. Jirokichi Suzuki announces that he will organize an exhibition in Japan where van Gogh's seven sunflower paintings, scattered around the world in museums and private collections, will be shown together for the first time in history. Suzuki has built a unique museum for this unique event. The Master Thief Kaitô Kid wants to thwart this ambitious plan. But Kid isn't the only one to look for van Gogh's sunflower pictures.
