Appare-Ranman! is a 2020 anime series directed by Masakazu Hashimoto. After a mishap, the brilliant but somewhat clumsy engineer Appare Sorano and the astute but cowardly samurai Kosame Isshiki sail haphazardly and completely broke on a boat towards America. In order to make their return home to Japan possible, the two decide to take part in the great Trans-America "Wild Race", in which prize money is promised to the winners. In their homemade steam car, they begin their wild odyssey in the Wild West - a battle against crazy rivals, outlaws, and the wiles of nature itself - always with the goal of being the first to cross the finish line on the route from Los Angeles to New York.

The following weapons were used in the anime series Appare-Ranman!:

Revolvers

Colt Single Action Army

Some cowboys are seen wielding Colt Single Action Army revolvers during the intro "I got it". The "Thousand Three" outlaw TJ has a pair of nickel-plated SAA "Artillery" models used in Ep. 05 "The Eve, and Ep. 09 "Short Break", Ep. 10 "Bridge to Hell", Ep. 12 "We Will Stop You!!", and EP. 13 "Over the Moon". In the same episode, Chase the Bad is also seen with two black SAA "Artillery" models. Several of Gil's henchmen are also armed with SAA revolvers.

At the end of Ep. 02 - "In the Dark", Dylan G. Ordene makes use of one of his two Smith & Wesson Schofields. In the third episode "DUEL" he uses both of them during a duel with TJ. Otherwise he is often seen with them in his dual holster; e.g. Ep. 05 "The Eve, " Ep. 07 "FAKE", Ep. 09 "Short Break". Chase the Bad also uses a Smith & Wesson Schofield in Ep. 07 "FAKE". In Ep. 10 "Bridge to Hell" and Ep. 12 "We Will Stop You!!", and EP. 13 "Over the Moon", Dylan fires his Schofields many times.
