Bucky Barnes aka Winter Soldier carries what appears to be a Glock 17 in "What If... Peter Quill Attacked Earth's Mightiest Heroes?" (S2E02). S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Maria Hill is armed with the pistol during the attack on Avengers Tower in "What If... Happy Hogan Saved Christmas?" (S2E03). S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents carry Glocks in holsters in "What If... Captain Carter Fought the HYDRA Stomper?" (S2E05).

Winter Soldier's holstered pistol is seen in "What If... Peter Quill Attacked Earth's Mightiest Heroes?" (S2E02).

Terrorists Rustam Vyacheslav and Sergei are armed with a Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW with a SEF trigger group during the attack on Avengers Tower in "What If... Happy Hogan Saved Christmas?" (S2E03).

Two S.H.I.E.L.D. agents are armed with what appears to be a Colt Model 727 in "What If... Peter Quill Attacked Earth's Mightiest Heroes?" (S2E02). A squad of STRIKE operators led by Brock Rumlow are armed with rifles during the attack on Bucky Barnes in "What If... Captain Carter Fought the HYDRA Stomper?" (S2E05).

Fictional Guns

Prison guards, Nova Corpsmen, including Nova Prime Irani Rael, as well as Nebula, Yon-Rogg, Howard the Duck, Korg and Groot use various fictional weapons in "What If... Nebula Joined the Nova Corps?" (S2E01). Gamora fires a laser rifle during the Sakaar grand prix in "What If... Iron Man Crashed Into the Grandmaster?" (S2E04).

In the general shot of the armory, in addition to various weapons, Star-Lord's Quad Blasters and rifles similar to the modified HYDRA rifles from the first episode can be seen.
