The following weapons were used in Season 1 of the television series Secret Invasion:

Pistols

Glock 17

Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) uses a Glock 17 as her sidearm in "Resurrection" (S1E01). Gravik (Kingsley Ben-Adir) gives his 4th Gen Glock to G'iah (Emilia Clarke) upon arriving at the Skrull Council in "Promises" (S1E02). During a conflict with Rhodey in a bar, Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) snatches the gun from the holster of Secret Service Agent Ruben Steiner (Michael Epp) but leaves it on the table. The FSB officers (including Ventsislav Yankov and Alex Skarbek), who interrogate the captured skrull in the butcher shop's freezer, are also armed with Glocks. Attacking FSB officers, Gravik and Pagon (Killian Scott) also use pistols. A Skrull rebel named Zirksu (Mark Lewis) takes the gun preparing to sabotage the UN delegation at the beginning of "Betrayed" (S1E03). Commodore Bob Fairbanks' guards use Glocks when Fury and Talos break into his house. Talos (Ben Mendelsohn), Commodore Bob Fairbanks (David Bark-Jones), Gravik, G'iah and Varra (Charlayne Woodard) also use guns during the episode.

Glock 17, 3rd Generation - 9x19mm Parabellum
Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) points the gun at an unidentified man (Andrei Nova), believing that he attacked Ross in "Resurrection" (S1E01).
She chases after G'iah with the Glock in her hand.
4th Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm Parabellum
Gravik gives his gun to Gaia in "Promises" (S1E02)...
...ordering her to shoot the guard (Luke J I Smith) if he doesn't return in an hour.
Fury snatches the gun from agent Steiner's (Michael Epp) holster.
The FSB Commander (Ventsislav Yankov) with the Glock in his holster receives instructions from Sonya. Several other officers are also seen with pistols in the background. This is partially correct, since the FSB actually has a Glock in service, but a better choice for a service pistol would have been a PL-15, PYaM or SR-1M.
A first-person shot of Pagon as he checks the body.
An FSB officer fires back with the Glock during an attack on their hideout.
Gravik's gun in the holster is visible during the battle.
Pagon (Killian Scott) kills an officer with the pistol.
He waits for the termite to destroy the door to the cold room.
At the end of the episode, Gravik briefly gives his gun to Pagon.
Zirksu loads the gun at the beginning of "Betrayed" (S1E03).
The guards carry pistols in holsters outside Commodore Bob Fairbanks' house.
Talos checks the room with his gun at the ready.
Commodore Bob Fairbanks (David Bark-Jones) takes Talos hostage aiming his own gun.
G'iah pulls out the gun and points it at the Skrull guard (James Macnaughton).
Gravik points the gun at the traitor.
Varra (Charlayne Woodard) takes the Glock 17 from a safe deposit box at the end of the episode.

Even though the pistol is not clearly visible in this shot, a subcompact version of is seen.

Smith & Wesson M&P9

After returning to Earth, Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) continues to carry his Smith & Wesson M&P9, which he wields on all of his appearances at the MCU. In "Resurrection" (S1E01) he uses it during the interrogation of Skrull arms dealer Poprishchin (Uriel Emil) and during the mission in the Vossoyedineniye Square, Moscow. Fury also uses the pistol (now with a threaded barrel) while breaking into Commodore Bob Fairbanks' house in "Betrayed" (S1E03). At some point Talos (Ben Mendelsohn) grabs ршы pistol with a silencer and shoots.

He threatens Fairbanks' son Zachary with his pistol.
After tying up the Commodore, Fury puts a silencer on the barrel.
Talos (Ben Mendelsohn) points the gun at Fairbanks.

Assault Rifles

AK-74

The two guards (Alex Batareanu and Adriana Grigoriev) at the New Skrullos are armed with AK-74s with black synthetic furniture when Beto appears at the gate in "Resurrection" (S1E01). Several other Skrull rebels also hold rifles later in the episode. At the end of "Promises" (S1E02), Russian police officers with AKs raid the safe house of the Skrull rebels. Nuro and his partner are also armed with AKs, guarding the fracking pods room in "Betrayed" (S1E03).

The guards (for some reason they wear the OMON uniform (special police units)) block the way in "Resurrection" (S1E01).
Also note the holsters.
Nuro (Jack Gouldbourne) on the right and another skrull (James Macnaughton) left on the hold AK.
The rifle is visible behind Skrull's back. Note the lack of the stock latch.
Part of the barrel with a front sight can be seen at the policeman in the center at the end of "Promises" (S1E02).
The same Skrulls are again seen on guard in "Betrayed" (S1E03).
Skrull (James Macnaughton) tries to use the AK-74, but G'iah is faster.

AKS-74U

The two Russian soldiers searching for Nick Fury on the train from Moscow in "Promises" (S1E02) are armed with AKS-74Us.

A closer look shows the SUSAT scope and A2 chargering grip.

M4A1

In addition to the AK some of the Skrull rebels are armed with M4A1 rifles at the New Skrullos in "Resurrection" (S1E01). Pagon (Killian Scott) takes the carbine out of the trunk of G'iah's car while preparing an operation to rescue Brogan in "Promises" (S1E02). During the shootout, however, he uses only a Glock. A Skrull rebel named Zirksu (Mark Lewis) takes the carbine preparing to sabotage the UN delegation at the beginning of "Betrayed" (S1E03).

Despite the fact that initially Pagon is armed with a rifle in a later firefight he carries only a pistol.

SIG-Sauer MCX

Two Metropolitan police officers with SIG-Sauer MCX carbines with retractable stocks meet the SUV with Rhodey in "Promises" (S1E02). Gravik (Kingsley Ben-Adir) also arms himself with the MCX at the end of the episode, attacking the FSB officers and saving Brogan. Due to a continuity error, a rifle from the trunk is actually taken by Pagon (Killian Scott), but in the next scene he holds an M4A1.

Holsters

A holster (most likely with a Makarov pistol) is seen on the Russian police officers in the Vossoyedineniye Square, Moscow in "Resurrection" (S1E01). The holster is seen again during Martin Wallace's arrest by Moscow police at the beginning of "Promises" (S1E02). The two Russian soldiers searching for Nick Fury on the train from Moscow also carry holsters with pistols.

The holster is seen in a background in "Resurrection" (S1E01).
A police officer arrests the alleged organizer of the attack at the beginning of "Promises" (S1E02). However, the gun is still impossible to see in the holster.
A Russian soldier (Alex Romashov) waits for the door opening, showing his holster.

M84 Stun Grenade

Pagon (Killian Scott) throws two M84 stun grenades before storming the FSB officers' hideout during the rescue of Brogan in "Promises" (S1E02).

Pictures of Guns

On the evidence board at Agent Prescod's hideout in "Resurrection" (S1E01), pictures with guns can be seen.

The forensic scientist shows the Tokarev TT-33 pistol in the bottom picture. The M4A1 and FN F2000 rifles, pistols and other guns are also seen in the center picture.
