The following weapons appear in the video game Lost Judgment:

Pistols

M1911-based pistol

A M1911-based pistol is seen in the EX Gun Riposte move portrait. There's also an emblem on the pistol grip, which is first seen in reality with Colt-made MK IV Series 80s.

The said pistol used by an enemy being disarmed by Yagami in the EX Gun Riposte move portrait. Note that it has a slightly portruding barrel and big trigger guard.

Smith & Wesson 3913

A Smith & Wesson 3913 is seen with RK, especially with its leaders (and Tokyo Metropolitan Police Public Security Bureau) Higashi Soma.

In this scene, Soma fires the 3913 at Akane's direction. However, Kaito finds out that Soma used a paintball-based pistol.

Soma fires his sidearm at an intruder who's supposedly Kuwana.

You can see the serial number markings on the pistol above the trigger guard.

Nambu Model 60

. But it has been seen with two RK gangsters posing as uniformed TMPD officers sent to assassinate Akutsu after Yagami and company beat him and his posse in a fight.
