In "Good Soldier" (S2E09), Michael uses what appears to be his SIG on Lesher's car. Here the gun appears to be a Non Gun
SIG-Sauer P226 SL Sport II
In "Turn and Burn" (S2E02), the drug dealer Raul (Kevin Alejandro) carries a SIG-Sauer P226 SL Sport II as his sidearm (when he isn't using a MAC-10).
SIG-Sauer P226 (Nickel)
A nickel SIG-Sauer P226 is carried by Hoffman, a.k.a. "Jackass" (Brett Taylor), the bodyguard of Seymour (Silas Weir Mitchell). Fiona is seen disarming the bodyguard of his SIG in both "Rough Seas" (S2E07) and "Seek & Destroy" (S2E12).

Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) carries a Beretta 92FS as his personal sidearm throughout the series. The Beretta has also seen used by various other characters throughout the series' run, in both suppressed and unsuppressed forms.
Colt M1911 Series
Colt 1911 series handguns are seen numerous times throughout Season 2. In "Bad Blood" (S2E06), Michael gives Eddie Ash the Embezzler (Rob Benedict) a stainless M1911A1 to threaten Ricky Watkins (Ben Watkins), but find the handgun is defective. In "Rough Seas" (S2E07), Gerard (Max Martini) hands a stainless Colt 1911 to Mike to defend himself with, which Mike uses to pretend to shoot Virgil (Chris Ellis), the ex-Navy SEAL.
CZ 75BD
In "Comrades" (S2E04), Michael takes what appears to be a CZ 75BD off a Russian trafficker.

In "Rough Seas" (S2E07), Gerard (Max Martini) aims his Jericho at Mike who is pretending to be a mild mannered chemist.
