Handguns
Beretta 85F
Continuing the final scene of Season 3, Jesse (Aaron Paul) lowers his nickel Beretta 85F after firing at the beginning of "Box Cutter" (S4E01). Later, Victor confiscates the gun. Playing the FPS Rage in "Problem Dog" (S4E07) Jesse imagines himself once again when he committed his first murder with the Beretta.
Beretta 92FS Inox
In "Salud" (S4E10), Mike takes a Beretta 92FS Inox from one of Don Eladio's (Steven Bauer's) henchmen. His Beretta appears to be one of the later production model Inox versions (which has black controls).
Glock 17
Victor (Jeremiah Bitsui) continues to use the Glock 17 chasing Jesse in "Box Cutter" (S4E01). He also later carries it in the superlab. It is seen again in the hands of one of Gus's thugs in "Face/Off" (S4E13).
Heckler & Koch Mark 23
Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) continues to use his Heckler & Koch Mark 23 while protecting a Los Pollos Hermanos truck transporting methamphetamine at the beginning of "Bullet Points" (S4E04).
Ruger KP89
Walter White (Bryan Cranston) examines the Ruger KP89 offered to him by arms dealer Lawson (Jim Beaver) at the beginning of "Thirty-Eight Snub" (S4E02). After seeing Walter's poor handling of the gun and holster, Lawton offers him a compact revolver.
Smith & Wesson 5906
Due a continuity error, Jesse's Beretta is replaced by a Smith & Wesson 5906 when Victor (Jeremiah Bitsui) takes it away in "Box Cutter" (S4E01). He later gives the gun to Mike (Jonathan Banks), who disposes it in hydrofluoric acid at the end of the episode.
Taurus PT99
In "Salud" (S4E10), after Mike tells him to "make [himself] useful" by getting himself a gun, Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) grabs a Taurus PT99 AFS from a dead henchman. He later uses it while escaping Don Eladio's compound.
Revolvers
Ruger LCR
Walter White (Bryan Cranston) purchases a Ruger LCR from the arms dealer Lawson (Jim Beaver) for self-defense along with a leather I.W.B. holster at the beginning of "Thirty-Eight Snub" (S4E02). Lawson recommends he load it with 158 grain hollow points for good stopping power, and also recommends not cross draw unless he is sitting down. Wanting to see Gus in person Walter arrives at the Los Pollos Hermanos restaurant in "Shotgun" (S4E05), taking the revolver with him. Although the Ruger is seen quite a bit in season 4, Walt only successfully uses it once.
Taurus Model 85
Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) continues to use his Taurus Model 85 in "Box Cutter" (S4E01), keeping Walter in the superlab until Gus arrives. A Taurus Model 85 is loaned to Jesse in "Problem Dog" (S4E07) and later drawn by Mike during the sniper attack in "Bug" (S4E09).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Two Cartel gunmen (Anthony Molinari and Marco Morales) ambush the Los Pollos Hermanos truck transporting methamphetamine at the beginning of "Bullet Points" (S4E04), shooting it with Heckler & Koch MP5Ks with twin magazines.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
Determined to test Jesse Gus orders one of his enforcers (Anthony Martins) to pretend to attack Jesse and Mike with a Mossberg 500 Cruiser in "Shotgun" (S4E05).
Mossberg 590
In "End Times" (S4E12), a DEA agent rests while leaving his Mossberg 590 leaning on a wall while guarding the Schrader house.
Smith & Wesson 3000
Junkie Scary Skell (Damon Herriman) threatens Jesse with a Smith & Wesson 3000 shotgun in "Cornered" (S4E06). When Mike distracts him Jesse (Aaron Paul) hits him over the head and takes the shotgun.
Assault Rifles
Colt Model 933
One of Gus' enforcers (Henry Herman) guarding the Los Pollos Hermanos truck with meth is armed with a Colt Model 933 in "Cornered" (S4E06). He tries to shoot through the doors as the truck fills with exhaust fumes.
M4A1 Carbine
Another Gus' enforcer (Jason E. Hill) guarding the Los Pollos Hermanos truck with meth is armed with a M4A1 Carbine in "Cornered" (S4E06).
SIG-Sauer SIG556
In "End Times" (S4E12), a DEA Agent is seen at the Schraders' house with a SIG-Sauer SIG556 Classic (SWAT version) sitting on a table while guarding the family. The weapon has a rail forearm, a Gripod, what appears to be an ACOG sight, and what appears to be a Noveske KX3 flash suppressor attached to the muzzle.
Remington 700 Bolt-action Rifle
In "Bug" (S4E09), Cartel enforcer Gaff (Maurice Compte) uses a version of the Remington 700 bolt-action rifle with Badger ordnance BDM (Badger Detachable Magazine) bottom metal, and Barrett BORS equipped scope to kill one of Gus's henchmen, and fires several more shots at Gus.
Other
