SIG-Sauer P229 E2
NCIS agents operating in Los Angeles continue to carry the SIG-Sauer P229 E2 as their primary sidearm throughout the season. Assistant Director Owen Granger (Miguel Ferrer) is also seen using a SIG-Sauer P229 E2. CIA SAD operator Vostanik Sabatino (Erik Palladino) uses a SIG P229 E2 as his main weapon near the end of "Spoils of War" (S5E19).
SIG-Sauer P228
NCIS Operational Psychologist Nate Getz (Peter Cambor) uses a SIG-Sauer P228 as his sidearm in Tuhon. The SIG-Sauer P228 was the previous sidearm of the NCIS Office of Special Projects Agents until season 3 when they changed to the SIG-Sauer P229 E2.
SIG-Sauer P238
The SIG-Sauer P238 is pulled by Michelle Hanna (Aunjanue Ellis) in Season 5's premiere "Ascension" (S5E01).
SIG-Sauer P226
A couple of SIG-Sauer P226 pistols (regular and nickel-plated versions) are seen in the OSP armory near the end of "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11).
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is used by a masked kidnapper alongside the X26 to deter bystanders from intervening in "Unwritten Rule" (S5E05). A security guard uses one at the start of "Fallout" (S5E08). One is seen left in the pistol closet of Anton Zevlos aka John Vasile in "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11). Zevlos uses one in a standoff near the end of the same episode. A carjacker uses one while trying to take Paul Angelo's SUV at the start of "Three Hearts" (S5E21).
Beretta Px4 Storm Sub-Compact
The Beretta Px4 Storm Sub-Compact Inox is used by two of Tuhon's crewmembers in "Tuhon" (S5E15).
Flintlock Pistol
A couple of Flintlock pistols are seen in a glass display case in the hideout of Zevlos in "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11)
Glock 17
LAPD officers use the Glock 17 as one of their main sidearms in the series. Isaak Sidorov (Timothy V. Murphy) and his henchmen use the Glock 17 in "Ascension" (S5E01). An Omni syndicate member is armed with a Glock 17 in "Omni" (S5E03). Comescu mobsters are armed with the Glock 17 in "Reznikov, N." (S5E04). A kidnapper uses his Glock 17 at NCIS agents in "Unwritten Rule" (S5E05). Two Homeland Defense League terrorists are armed with Glock 17s when they try to abduct a recovering addict in "Recovery" (S5E09). One is shown at the gun closet of Zevlos in "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11). Ichikerian Peacekeepers separatists use Glock 17s in "Zero Days" when they engage the NCIS team. Armed gunmen near the end of "Deep Trouble" (S5E24) are armed with Glock 17s.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is used by Vasile Comescu (Craig Parker) in "Reznikov, N." (S5E04). Special Agent Tom Panetti of the Department of Homeland Security uses a Glock 19 while acting in an undercover capacity for a suspected terrorist financier in "Recovery" (S5E09). A Homeland Defense League terrorist uses what appear to be a Glock 19 in the same episode. Deeks uses a Glock 19 taken from a disarmed corrupt CIA agent near at the end of "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11). A few Al-Qaeda terrorists are armed with Glock 19s near the end of "Fish out of the Water" (S5E16).
Glock 26
The Glock 26 serves as the main sidearm of NCIS Intelligence Analyst Nell Jones (Renée Felice Smith) in the season after she first uses it back in Season 3. A Durendell Securities contractor is also armed with a Glock 26 while ex-D-7 contactor Robert Brown tries to seize the sidearm from Nell near the end of "War Cries" (S5E14). A Glock 26 is seen at the OSP Armory in "Tuhon" (S5E15). One is seen in the hands of an Al-Qaeda terrorist sympathizer named Areeb Sahar in "Windfall" (S5E20) before he is killed and disarmed of his weapon.
Kimber Custom TLE II
A Kimber Custom TLE II is used by a Tuhon crewmember turned traitor in the middle of "Tuhon" (S5E15).
M1911A1
What appears to be an M1911A1-type pistol is seen in the holster of a Los Angeles Sheriff's deputy in "Unwritten Rule". (S3E05) A Pakistani ISI agent in Los Angeles uses a M1911A1 in "Frozen Lake" (S5E10). One is found at the OSP armory near the end of "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11). One is found in a covert CIA arms cache in "Merry Evasion" (S5E12). Another is found by Deeks when he spies it on Ehsan Navid (Wesan Keesh) at the beginning of "Allegiance".
Rohrbaugh R9S
A Rohrbaugh R9S appears in "Tuhon" in the OSP Armory.
Smith & Wesson 5944
Hetty gives Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) a new Smith & Wesson 5944 5944 in "Omni" (S5E03). In a continuity error, this pistol is replaced by a Smith & Wesson 910 for all subsequent appearances.

In a continuity error, the 5944 used by Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) changes to a Smith & Wesson 910 for the majority of the season.
Smith & Wesson SW1911 Performance Center "Round Butt"
A Smith & Wesson SW1911 Performance Center "Round Butt" was used by drug dealer Tyler Brunson (Stephen Wozniak) near the end of "Three Hearts" (S5E21).
Walther PPK
A Walther PPK in a nickel finish is used by Arkady Kolcheck (Vyto Ruginis) and by G for a short time in "Reznikov, N." (S5E04). A PPK with a black finish is seen at the OSP Armory in "Tuhon" (S5E15). Olivia Brunson (Emily Foxler) uses one as her personal sidearm near the end of "Three Hearts" (S5E21).
X26
An X26 Taser is used by a masked kidnapper in the beginning of "Unwritten Rule" (S5E05).

Smith & Wesson Model 36
A Smith & Wesson Model 36 was confiscated from Anthony Trager, a private eye, during an investigation in "The Livelong Day" (S5E07).
Smith & Wesson Model 442
A Smith & Wesson Model 442 is used by Deeks while undercover near the end of "Frozen Lake" (S5E10) to take out a gangster when Kensi arrives to help him.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
Corrupt ATF agent John Stone (Derek Webster) uses a snub nosed Smith & Wesson Model 686 near the ending of "Between the Lines" (S5E17).
Smith & Wesson Model 638 Airweight
Sam uses a Smith & Wesson Model 638 Airweight loaded with paint-filled simunition bullets to portray a hit at the start of "Three Hearts" (S5E21).

An ISI agent opens fire with a FN P90 TR at Deeks during a NCIS raid in "Frozen Lake" (S5E10).
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
A Homeland Defense League terrorist opens fire with a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 at NCIS agents in the middle of "Recovery" (S5E09). Suppressed MP5A3s are used by NCIS agents in "Frozen Lake" (S5E10). Roda gunmen use MP5A3s in "Merry Evasion" (S5E12). Kensi and Granger use MP5A3s equipped with RIS handguards during an anti-terrorist operation in Kabul in "Allegiance" (S5E13), both of them using it as their main submachine gun while in Afghanistan. Ex-South African army officer turned mercenary Steven Carter (Cokey Falkow) and his team are armed with railed MP5A3s near the end of "Tuhon" (S5E13). An Al-Qaeda terrorist uses one to shoot at Sam's Dodge Challenger near the end of "Fish out of the Water" (S5E16).
Heckler & Koch MP5K
A Heckler & Koch MP5K is used by an armed gangster at the start of "Between the Lines" (S5E17). Armed mobsters working for drug dealer Tyler Brunson (Stephen Wozniak) use them as their primary weapon throughout "Three Hearts" (S5E21).
Heckler & Koch MP5SD
A couple of Heckler & Koch MP5SD submachine guns are kept in the OSP Armory's small arms locker in the middle of "One More Chance" (S5E22).
Heckler & Koch UMP
A Heckler & Koch UMP without a loaded magazine is seen in the OSP Armory in the middle of "One More Chance" (S5E22).
Intratec TEC-9
An Intratec TEC-9 appears to be used by a Comescu mobster in "Reznikov, N." (S5E04). Armed men use TEC-9s when they break into an office at the start of "One More Chance" (S5E22).
Assault & Battle Rifles
AKMS
An AKMS rifle with synthetic furniture is used by Molina Cartel gunmen at the start of "Big Brother" (S5E06). One is possibly seen in a gun closet in "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11). Undercover FinCEN agents operating in Kabul use AKMS rifles when confronted by Kensi and Granger with a few Taliban fighters using them in "Allegiance" (S5E13). CIA SAD operator Vostanik Sabatino (Erik Palladino) uses an AKMS while he operates in Afghanistan throughout the season. Sam uses one when he was covertly sent to Afghanistan as his main weapon with Deeks and G in "Spoils of War" (S5E19), and an ANA Special Forces commando also uses one in the same episode.
Many of the rifles used are somewhat frankenguns, as they have most features of an AKMS (stamped receiver, gas block, front sight, etc.), but with the perforated gas tube of an AKS-47.
AK-74
AK-74s are found by G and Callen in a hidden room in Zevlos' residence in "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11).
Colt M16A2
A Colt M16A2 is possibly seen on the left side of the gun closet in "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11).
Colt M16A4
Archive footage of US Marines in Afghanistan are armed with Colt M16A4s in "Impact" (S5E02).
Colt M4A1
Colt M4A1s are used by NCIS agents and US military personnel in tactical operations throughout the season. FBI, NCIS and CIA agents in a joint tactical team use M4A1s at the start of "Big Brother" (S5E06). An archive footage of Gurkhas in the British military appear to be armed with them in "Frozen Lake" (S5E10). A few are seen in image photos in the OSP's command center in "War Cries" (S5E14).
Enfield L85

A couple of GIAT FAMAS assault rifles are seen in the OSP Armory in the middle of "One More Chance" (S5E22).
Heckler & Koch HK416D
FBI SWAT agents in the beginning of "Iron Curtain Raising" are armed with Heckler & Koch HK416D rifles during a manhunt operations for a war criminal suspect in Los Angeles. A number of US Marines are armed with the HK416 in several episodes starting with "Allegiance".
Heckler & Koch HK417
A Heckler & Koch HK417 battle rifle is used by a Roda gunman as a sniper rifle to disable the Mercedes-Benz sedan G and Sam were using to protect a VIP in "Merry Evasion" (S5E12).
Colt Model 933
Ichkerian Peacekeepers separatists are armed with Colt Model 933 near the end of "Zero Days" in a bid to halt the NCIS team from stopping a missile strike at California. Sam later uses it to take out the IP sniper.

Hetty carries what appears to be a Remington 870 with a custom shortened barrel and pistol grip as she serves as Deek's backup in the middle of "Fallout" (S5E08). Two of these are seen in a gun locker at the OSP armory at the end of "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11).

In "Frozen Lake" (S5E10), Kensi is seen using a scoped DPMS TAC20. She later is seen armed with it in "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11), serving as her main sniper rifle in the season.

A FN M240D is seen mounted on top of an American Marine Humvee in Afghanistan in "Iron Curtain Rising" (S5E11). A Taliban technical has one mounted at the rear of a pick-up in "Fish out of the Water" (S5E16).
