The Flash (1990 TV Series)
The Flash is the 1990 television series adaptation of the DC Comics superhero and stars John Wesley Shipp as Barry Allen. The series premiered in the midst of the popularity of Tim Burton-directed Batman film and the series somewhat reflected the darker tones of that feature (the TV theme was even created by Batman composer Danny Elfman). The series aired for 22 episodes from 1990 to 1991 in the US on CBS. A second television adaptation premiered in the US on the CW Network in 2014 (Shipp appears in that series as the father of Barry Allen). The entire series was later retroactively canonized into the Arrowverse.

Smith & Wesson Model 10
Central City Police officers are armed with Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolvers in the series. James Jesse (Mark Hamill), aka "The Trickster" takes the revolver off a Highway Patrolman in "The Trickster" (S1E12).
Shotguns
Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun
Jay Allen (Tim Thomerson) uses a pistol-gripped Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun in "Pilot" (S1E01).
High Standard FLITE KING K-1200 Riot Shotgun
The High Standard FLITE KING K-1200 Riot Standard Model shotgun is used by Central City PD officers in several episodes, in "Pilot" (S1E01).
Rifles
M16A1 (A2 handguards)
An M16A1 rifle is carried by officers of the Central City PD. These appear to be fitted with A2 handguards.

An M60 machine gun is wielded by Nicholas Pike (Michael Nader) in "Pilot" (S1E01).
