The following weapons were used in Season 7 of the television series Doctor Who (New Series):

Pistols

Browning Hi-Power

In "Cold War", the Browning Hi-Power is carried as the sidearm of the Soviet Navy officers onboard the submarine. This includes Captain Zhukov (Liam Cunningham), Lieutenant Stephashin (Tobias Menzies), Belevich (Charlie Anson) and Onegin (James Norton).

**Note this handgun's appearance is extremely incorrect, as the Hi Power has never been used by the Soviet Navy.**

Assault Rifles

Norinco Type 56-1

In "Cold War", Soviet Navy officers arm themselves with Norinco Type 56 assault rifles, believing their Browning Hi-Power sidearms will not have enough firepower against Grand Marshal Skaldak, an Ice Warrior. The weapons are used by Captain Zhukov (Liam Cunningham), Belevich (Charlie Anson) and another sailor. Given that this episode was set in the early 1980's, the rifles are likely standing in for Russian-made AKMS rifles (though in reality the Russians had upgraded to the AK-74 by this time).
