Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is the 2014 sequel to 2011's Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Set a decade following a deadly viral outbreak that has decimated the population, remnants of the human race attempt to make peace with the intelligent apes led by Caesar. The film was directed by Matt Reeves (Cloverfield) and the cast includes Gary Oldman, Jason Clarke, Keri Russell and Andy Serkis returns to provide motion capture for Caesar. Reeves would return to direct the 2017 sequel War for the Planet of the Apes.

Rifles
Colt Model 933
Dreyfus (Gary Oldman) as well as other human survivors can be seen using the Colt Model 933 carbine in the film. The rifle carried by Dreyfus is seen fitted with a Leupold CQ/T scope and a Surefire M900 foregrip.
Colt M4A1
The M4A1 is used by both humans and apes. The M4A1 with Trijicon ACOG is the primary weapon of Caesar's ruthless adviser Koba (Toby Kebbell).
M16A4
What appear to be M16A4 rifles are seen in the survivors' armory. The rifle is later is seen in the hands of several humans including McVeigh (Kevin Rankin).
Mk 12 SPR
McVeigh (Kevin Rankin) is seen with a suppressed Mk 12 Mod 0 Special Purpose Rifle.
Bushmaster ACR
The Bushmaster ACR with skeletonized front rail and 10.5 inch barrel is mostly seen with Caesar's son Blue Eyes.
Barrett Model 98 Bravo
One of the human survivors appears to be armed with a Barrett Model 98 Bravo sniper rifle during the final battle with the apes.
FN SCAR-L
An FN SCAR-L fitted with an ACOG scope, foregrip, AN/PEQ-15 laser designator, and weapon light is used by Malcolm (Jason Clarke) to hold Dreyfus at gunpoint near the end of the film.

Ruger M77
Malcolm (Jason Clarke) is seen with what appears to be a Ruger Model 77 rifle at the beginning of the film. He later hands it over to the apes (as per the agreement they made), which is seen being destroyed by a gorilla.
Machine Guns
M249 Paratrooper SAW
What appears to be an M249 Paratrooper SAW is seen used by humans and apes. McVeigh (Kevin Rankin) is seen taking target practice with the machine gun. Koba, Caesar's ruthless bonobo adviser, dual-wields two SAWs during his charge against the human settlement.
M249-E2 SAW
M249 SAW Squad Automatic Weapon appears to be mounted on an armored tank. Koba briefly uses it after taking control of the vehicle.
Browning M2HB
Several Browning M2HB machine guns are seen in the human survivors' armory.
Handguns
Beretta 92FS
What appears to be a Beretta 92FS is seen in Dreyfus's leg holster.
Smith & Wesson Model 629 V-Comp
Carver (Kirk Acevedo), one of the survivors, uses a Smith & Wesson Model 629 V-Comp until it is destroyed by the apes.
Smith & Wesson Model 64
Malcolm is seen briefly handling a Smith & Wesson Model 64 when preparing to head to the ape colony.
Shotguns
Remington 870 Witness Protection
Carver smuggles a Remington 870 Witness Protection with synthetic furniture into the ape colony. Caesar briefly handles it before throwing it into a river.
Launchers
M203 Grenade Launcher
M203 grenade launchers can be seen mounted on M16s.
M136 AT4
An AT4 launcher is seen used by Dreyfus.
Mk 19 grenade launcher
A Mk 19 grenade launcher is one of the weapons used by the survivors during the final battle with the apes.
BGM-71 TOW
A BGM-71 TOW launcher is prominently seen in the survivors' armory.
