Menahem Golan (1929–2014) was an Israeli film producer/director who in the 1980's was one of the heads of Cannon Films, one of the biggest B-movie film distributors of the decade. The studio was known for its B-movie action films starring such actors as Chuck Norris, Charles Bronson, and Sylvester Stallone.
