Assassin's Creed III: Liberation
Notice: Screenshots are from Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD.
The following weapons appear in the video game Assassin's Creed III: Liberation:
Pocket Flintlock Pistol
The Pocket Pistol is the first handgun available right after the start. It can be used when dressed as a Lady or Slave.
Queen Anne Flintlock Pistol
The Queen Anne Flintlock Pistol with brass barrel can be used when dressed as an Assassin. Can be dual-wielded.
Durs Egg Double Barrel Flintlock Pistol
The Double Barrel Flintlock Pistol made by Durs Egg is featured as the "Double-Barreled Pistol". It can be fired twice before reloading. It could be anachronistic for the 1765-1777 setting as these were produced after 1772 when gunsmith Durs Egg arrived and started working in London.
Nicolas-Noël Boutet Flintlock Pistol
The Dueling Pistol with a brass barrel is based on French presentation flintlock pistols particularly the ones crafted by gunsmith Nicolas-Noël Boutet. This is heavily anachronistic as these pistols were made in Napoleonic times around 1809. The grip also has elements from a Pedersoli made replica and officer pistols. It is unlocked after purchasing all Pocket Watches from smugglers.
Mariette Pepperbox Pistol
The Belgian Mariette Pepperbox Pistol with four barrels is featured as the "Pepperbox Pistol". It is heavily anachronistic as the Mariette pistol was introduced in 1839.
Charleville Musket
The Charleville Musket with bayonet is carried by enemy soldiers. It can be picked up and will not replace the pistols. While its usage by the French troops is appropriate, its usage by the Spanish ones is not.
