A factory black (K-Kote) SIG-Sauer P226 pistol chambered in 9x19mm. This is a real movie gun and has appeared in several motion pictures.
Smith & Wesson SW99
The Smith & Wesson SW99 is used by several characters in Season 3, including Sydney and Sark (David Anders).

Smith & Wesson 5906
Allison, aka the "fake" Francie (Merrin Dungey), is seen using a suppressed Smith & Wesson 5906 in "The Nemesis" (S3E06).
Early Model Smith & Wesson 5906 - 9x19mm. The early model 5906 pistols had the finger step trigger guard, but they changed it to the rounded trigger guard for 'ease of production'.
Colt M1911A1 Custom
In "Legacy" (S3E21), Vaughn (Michael Vartan) uses a customized M1911A1 as a tranq gun. This pistol is most likely the same one used in The Punisher, which was released in the same year as this episode. The pistol was subsequently used by Dolph Lundgren in 2010's The Expendables.
