Glock 17
In "Jitters" (S1E08), Earl Jenkins (Tony Todd) uses a Glock 17 to threaten Gabe Sullivan in the LuthorCorp plant. Due to a continuity error, the Glock 17 used by Jenkins tends to switch between a 2nd Generation model and a 3rd Generation model between scenes. Jude Royce (Corin Nemec) uses a Taurus PT92 to threaten Lex Luthor in "Zero" (S1E14).

Smith & Wesson Model 60
Pete Ross (Sam Jones III) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 60 stub nose revolver in "Nicodemus" (S1E15).
