Off Limits is the 1988 murder mystery set during the time of the Vietnam War. Willem Dafoe and Gregory Hines co-star in the film as agents with the US Army's Criminal Investigations Division who are assigned to investigate a series of murders involving prostitutes who also happen to be young mothers. The film's cast also includes Fred Ward and Scott Glenn.
