Pistols
Smith & Wesson M&P
The Smith & Wesson M&P pistol is the standard sidearm carried by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the series.
Smith & Wesson M&P Compact
In certain situations, Coulson and May are armed with a Smith & Wesson M&Pc Compact. This also appears to be the pistol pulled by Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) in "Nothing Personal" (S1E20).
Smith & Wesson 910
Skye (Chloe Bennet) uses a Smith & Wesson 910 in "Eye Spy" (S1E04).
Smith & Wesson 5906 (mocked up as a Metal Storm VLE)
A Smith & Wesson 5906 mocked up as a Metal Storm VLE can be seen in Agent Coulson's S.H.I.E.L.D. memorabilia collection in "Eye Spy" (S1E04). The weapon consists of a late model 5906 frame fitted with four fake barrels.
Glock 19
One of the henchman that Ward fights during his mission to Paris in the pilot (S01E01) is armed with a Glock 19.
Glock 19C
Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) uses a Glock 19C taken from a disarmed PMP soldier in "0-8-4" (S1E02).
Glock 17
S.H.I.E.L.D. guards and LAPD police officers can be seen with Glock 17s throughout the season. It's also seen carried by security guards in "Girl in the Flower Dress" (S1E05). Batesville police use the Glock 17 as their main sidearm in "Repairs" (S1E09). A Glock 17 appears to be in the drop leg holster of S.H.I.E.L.D. agent John Garrett (Bill Paxton) in "T.A.H.I.T.I." (S1E14), serving as his main sidearm.
Glock 26
A Glock 26 is seen being taken away from Skye by Ward in "Nothing Personal" (S1E20).
Auto Ordnance M1911A1
Agent Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) can be seen with what appears to be an Auto Ordnance M1911A1, taken from a disarmed Peruvian Army Military Police soldier in "0-8-4". Most of the PMP soldiers also carry the M1911A1 as their main sidearm in the same episode. An armed man in a bar near the unofficial South Ossetian border possibly uses one in "The Well" (S1E08).
Beretta 92FS
A couple of security guards responding to a break-in by Skye at the Rathman estate in "The Magical Place" (S1E11) use Beretta 92FS pistols as their main sidearms. Skye briefly uses one after she disarms one of them. In "Nothing Personal" (S1E20), USAF Col. Glenn Talbot (Adrian Pasdar) pulls a Beretta 92FS during a fight with Coulson.
Beretta 92FS Compact
A corrupt Polizia di Stato officer named Russo (Carlo Rota) is armed with a Beretta 92FS Compact in "T.R.A.C.K.S." (S1E13).
Browning Hi-Power
In "Eye Spy" (S1E04), Belarusian security guards use Browning Hi-Powers, one of which is taken by Agent Ward (Brett Dalton).
Colt MK IV Series 80
Camilla Reyes (Leonor Varela) uses a nickel plated Colt MK IV Series 80 with pearl grips as her main sidearm in "0-8-4" (S1E02).
Heckler & Koch USP
The guards at Ian Quinn's Maltese Estate carry Heckler & Koch USPs in "The Asset" (S1E03). Carlo (T.J. Ramini) and his mercenary subordinates aim Heckler & Koch USPs with stainless slides in "T.R.A.C.K.S." (S1E13). Wards uses the stainless USP when he was brainwashed by Lorelei to hijack the Bus near the end of "Yes Men" (S1E15).
IMI Jericho 941 R
Ian Quinn (David Conrad) aims a stainless steel Jericho 941 R at Skye in his Maltese estate in "The Asset" (S1E03). Skye (Chloe Bennet) later seizes it from him in the same episode.
Kimber Solo CDP
Ian uses a Kimber Solo CDP to shoot Skye in "T.R.A.C.K.S." (S01E13).
SIG-Sauer P225
Akela Amador (Pascale Armand) uses a SIG-Sauer P225 in "Eye Spy" (S1E04).
SIG-Sauer P226
S.H.I.E.L.D. agents working under Victoria Hand are armed with two-tone SIG-Sauer P226 pistols in "Turn, Turn, Turn" (S1E17). Fitz (Iain De Caestecker) fires the P226 in the same episode.
SIG-Sauer P232
A SIG-Sauer P232 with a stainless slide is used by a mercenary in "T.R.A.C.K.S." (S01E13).
Springfield XD
Vanchat (Aiden Turner) is seen using a Springfield XD pistol with a nickel slide at the start of "The Magical Place" (S1E11).
Walther PPK/S
Agent Koenig (Patton Oswalt) pulls a Walther PPK/S on Ward during a lie detector test in "The Only Light in the Darkness" (S1E19).
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 64
A stainless Smith & Wesson Model 64 was used by Garrett and Ward in a flashback sequence in 1999 and in 2004 throughout "Ragtag" (S1E21).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
Armed mercenaries use Heckler & Koch MP7A1s in "The Asset" (S01E03) after staging an ambush on an undercover S.H.I.E.L.D. transport convoy. Also used by mercenaries hired by Ian Quinn in "T.R.A.C.K.S." (S01E13).
Heckler & Koch UMP45
Ward (Brett Dalton) and Garrett arm themselves with Heckler & Koch UMP45s equipped with EOTech 553 holographic sights and railed handguards when they are forced to raid "The Guest Home" in the middle of "T.A.H.I.T.I." (S01E14).

The M4A1 is a frequent weapon seen in the series, notably carried by S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team members as well as Coulson and Ward.
M16A1
A Colt M16A1 can be spotted in a weapons crate when the PMP soldiers unload their weapons in "0-8-4" (S01E02), despite the fact that previously none of the soldiers were carrying one.
M16A1 with A2 handguards
The majority of the PMP soldiers are armed with Colt M16A1s fitted with A2 handguards in "0-8-4" (S01E02).
M16A2
At least one of the PMP soldiers in "0-8-4" (S01E02) is armed with a genuine Colt M16A2.
M16A4
At least one of the PMP soldiers in "0-8-4" (S01E02) is armed with a Colt M16A4.
MGC M-16
At least one of the PMP soldiers in "0-8-4" (S01E02) is armed with a MGC M-16 replica fitted with an A2 handguard.
AKMS
The Peruvian anti-government rebels in "0-8-4" (S01E02) carry AKMSs. It's seen in ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Akela Amador's arms cache in Minsk, Belarus in "Eye Spy" (S1E04).
AKM
Belarusian security guards can be seen with AKMs fitted with black AK-74 furniture in "Eye Spy" (S01E04). South Ossetian border guard soldiers and guerrilla fighters use AKMs in "The Well" (S1E08).
FN SCAR-H
What appears to be an FN SCAR-H with a standard length barrel and telescopic sight can be seen inside a crate in "Eye Spy" (S01E04) when Akela Amador activated her backscatter X-ray vision. One of the American special forces soldiers who raid Providence is armed with a suppressed FN SCAR-H in "Nothing Personal" (S01E20).
Heckler & Koch HK416
In "T.A.H.I.T.I." (S1E14), S.H.I.E.L.D. agents assigned to defend "The Guest House" arm themselves with Heckler & Koch HK416s with Aimpoint CompM2 red dot sights and 10" barrels.
FN F2000 Tactical
Some of the HYDRA agents (posing as S.H.I.E.L.D. assaulters) who got away from S.H.I.E.L.D. custody use FN F2000 Tactical assault rifles with suppressors and EOTech sights when they raid "The Fridge" in the middle of "Providence".
Heckler & Koch G36C
Some of the HYDRA agents (posing as S.H.I.E.L.D. assaulters) who got away from S.H.I.E.L.D. custody use Heckler & Koch G36 assault rifles outfitted with EOTech sights when they raid "The Fridge" in the middle of "Providence".
Sniper Rifles
Nemesis Arms Vanquish
Grant (Brett Dalton) uses a Nemesis Arms Vanquish fitted with a Falcon Premier telescopic sight, bipod, suppressor and railed handguard in the pilot (S01E01).
Desert Tactical Arms Stealth Recon Scout
A suppressed Desert Tactical Arms Stealth Recon Scout was used by Grant in "The Bridge" in order to provide overwatch on a hostage exchange on a bridge.
McMillan TAC-50
In a flashback to 2004, Ward is seen taking aim at a deer with what appears to be a McMillan TAC-50 in "Ragtag" (S1E21).
Machine Guns
Browning M2HB
In "Providence" (S1E18), a Browning M2HB is used as part of a remote-controlled turret for the Providence facility in Ontario, Canada.
General Dynamics M197 Vulcan
A General Dynamics M197 Vulcan is used by an gunship sent to "kill" Garret and Ward in the middle of "Providence" (S1E18).
General Dynamics GAU-22/A
S.H.I.E.L.D. F-35 fighters cover Coulson's plane in "T.A.H.I.T.I." (S01E14) after they received orders to be boarded.
"Lola" Machine Guns
Dual machine guns emerge from the headlights of Coulson's car "Lola" in the middle of "Nothing Personal" (S1E20).
Grenade Launchers
Fabrique Nationale EGLM
Agent Garret uses a Fabrique Nationale EGLM grenade launcher attached to a 3rd generation FN SCAR-H in order to disable Deathlock in the beginning of "End of the Beginning" at one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s safehouses in Sydney, Australia.
RM Equipment M203PI
S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Antoine Triplett (B.J. Britt) uses a RM Equipment M203PI as a less than lethal grenade launcher in "End of the Beginning" (S01E16) when he uses shock rounds to incapacitate Deathlock after he breaks into one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Australian safehouses.
Night-Night Weapons
"Night-Night Gun"
A fictional prototype sniper rifle known as the "Night-Night Gun" designed by Leo Fitz is used by Grant Ward near the end of the pilot (S01E01) in order to knock out Mike Petersen. It is a tranquillizer rifle which works by firing a small caliber projectile at high velocity which breaks up immediately after penetrating the first layer of skin, releasing a payload of 0.1 micro litre of a paralytic toxin.
"Night-Night Pistol"
A pistol version of the full-size "Night-Night Gun" is used in the season, which first appears in "Eye Spy" (S01E04). It's used by everyone in Coulson's team when a non-lethal option is needed in a mission.
"Night-Night Grenade"
A "Night-Night Grenade" was used by mercenaries to discourage Coulson and Ward from pursuing them in "T.R.A.C.K.S." (S01E13).
ICEr weapons
ICEr Arsenal
Fitz introduces Ward and May to the ICErs arsenal he created in "Yes Men" (S01E15).
ICEr Pistol
May handles the ICEr Pistol in "Yes Men" (S01E15), later using it near the end of "End of the Beginning" (S1E16). Agent Britt also uses the same weapon at the start of the same episode in an attempt to non-lethally take down Deathlock. Coulson and everyone else in his team arm themselves with ICEr pistols after they arrive back at the Hub in the middle of "Turn, Turn, Turn" (S01E17).
ICEr Pistol Carbine
Ward handles the ICEr Pistol Carbine in "Yes Men" (S01E15). Garrett uses one in the middle of "Turn, Turn, Turn" when he goes with Coulson and his team in the Hub to rescue Antoine and Jemma (S01E17).
ICEr Shotguns
An array of ICEr shotguns are seen on a table in "Yes Men" (S01E15).

Whilst training in "The Assett" (S01E03) both Ward and Skye can be seen with a Blue Guns Smith & Wesson M&P Compact, a polymer replica of the Smith & Wesson M&P Compact which is used for training purposes.
Orion Flare Gun
An Orion Flare Gun dressed up with cosmetic parts can be seen in Agent Coulson's S.H.I.E.L.D. memorabilia collection in "Eye Spy" (S01E04).
