Just Cause (1995)

Just Cause is a 1995 thriller directed by Arne Glimcher and stars Sean Connery as an anti-death penalty professor who is asked to look into a case involving a black man who is set to be executed for murdering a child. The cast included Kate Capshaw, Laurence Fishburne, Blair Underwood, Ed Harris as well as an early role for Scarlett Johansson.

Sheriff Tanny Brown (Laurence Fishburne) is seen using a Smith & Wesson Model 642 during an interrogation. He later hands off the revolver to Paul Armstrong (Sean Connery).
Brown threatens Bobby Earl (Blair Underwood) with the revolver.

The Beretta 92SB is used by Sheriff Tanny Brown (Laurence Fishburne) as well as Bobby Earl (Blair Underwood).
