A SIG-Sauer P226 is seen with a security guard in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell". The Gotham City Police Department uses it as their main sidearm. Other characters use it on some occasions.
SIG-Sauer P226R
The SIG-Sauer P226R again in the season, alternating with the regular P226 as a substitute.
SIG-Sauer GSR
Dual SIG-Sauer GSRs are used by Victor Zsasz (Anthony Carrigan) again in the season as his main sidearms.
Smith & Wesson M&P Shield
A Smith & Wesson M&P Shield is used by Tabitha as her sidearm.
Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series
Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) continues to carry a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series as his main sidearm, initially as he operates in Gotham as a bounty hunter and after he returns to duty with the GCPD. A full-size, stainless steel version is used by Alice (Naian Gonzalez Norvind) in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes". Jervis Tetch (Benedict Samuel) uses the pistol to shoot Valerie Vale in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit". Zsasz uses Gordon's SW1911SC after being disarmed briefly in "Mad City: Beware the Green Eyed Monster". Frank Gordon (James Remar) briefly takes it from Gordon in "Heroes Rise: These Delicate and Dark Obsessions".
Walther PPK
A Walther PPK is used by the Penguin and later by Ivy Pepper (Maggie Geha) in "Heroes Rise: These Delicate and Dark Obsessions". Alfred uses it in "Heroes Rising: All Will Be Judged" as his sidearm.
Revolvers
As in the previous season, a Colt Navy with ivory grips can be seen on a frame in Captain Barnes' office. A second, engraved Colt Navy is seen in Gotham Water and Power in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit".

A Colt Python is seen with a Fish soldier in "Heroes Rising: Destiny Calling".
Smith & Wesson Model 19
The Smith & Wesson Model 19 is used by Detective Harvey Bullock as his sidearm in the season.
Smith & Wesson Model 29
The Smith & Wesson Model 29 is used by Butch Gilzean (Drew Powell), first seen in "Mad City: New Day Rising". In "Mad City: Red Queen", it's used by Jervis in a hostage situation. A nickel version is used by a Jerome cultist in "Mad City: Smile Like You Mean It".
Smith & Wesson Model 327
What appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 327 is used by one of the Penguin's hired gunmen disguised as a civilian in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes" (S3E03).
Smith & Wesson Model 460V
A Smith & Wesson Model 460V revolver is used in "Mad City: Anything for You" (S3E05).

Interdynamic KG-9
What appears to be an Interdynamic KG-9 with an all-black solid barrel shroud is used one of Penguin's hired gunmen in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes" (S03E03).

The M1928 Thompson is used by the new Red Hood gang as their main weapon in "Mad City: Anything for You" with Butch using one.
