A live-action reimagining of the "10mm Pistol" (named the "Colt 6520" by in-game item descriptions) from the first two Fallout titles initially appears in the hands of Maximus (Aaron Moten) as his sidearm during Episode 2. This weapon was originally based on a fictional revolver on a cover of the comic Hard Boiled, but functioned as a self-loading pistol in the games. The prop used in the show seems to be based particularly on the in-game model from a Fallout 4 user-submitted paid add-on. On-screen, the 6520 10mm is depicted as a revolver, with its cylinder visibly rotating before each shot. In Episode 7, Thaddeus (Johnny Pemberton) opens fire with a 6520 10mm, firing an inexplicably high 15 shots before apparently running the cylinder dry; the in-game weapon only has a 12-round ammo capacity, though that is likely attributed to it being fed by a magazine and not a revolving cylinder.

During the Raiders' attack in "The End" (S1E01), Lucy (Ella Purnell) takes a fictional dart gun with tranquilizer rounds from Vault 33's armory after finding that the rest of the weapons are gone. Leaving the Vault, Lucy takes the gun with her, and aims it when encountering the farmer in "The Target" (S1E02). Other dart guns are also visible in emergency glass cases in Vault 4.

A modified Desert Eagle Mark XIX first appears in the holster of Maximus' (Aaron Moten) power armor in Episode 2. It features an underbarrel bracket (similar to the one on the "Laser Rifle") and an extended frame, but appears to be a new design as it has not appeared in any of the past games; it has only been added to the spin-off Fallout Shelter via a recent update, where it is named the "T60 Pistol" (with T-60 referring to the power armor model the gun is holstered in). Presumably, this weapon is some model of futuristic firearm, given the visible case ejection and muzzle flash in scenes where it is fired.

The Ghoul/Cooper Howard (Walton Goggins) carries a unique custom revolver as his sidearm. Visually, it bears a strong resemblance to a cut down MTs255 revolving shotgun, with a LeMat-style trigger guard. However, unlike the MTs255, this revolver features a top-break design, with a 4-round cylinder. In some scenes, the Ghoul fires more than 4 rounds from this weapon without reloading. During the shootout at the market, "bullet cam" shots reveal that the revolver fires finned bullets. The Ghoul's bandolier also contains several large-caliber cartridges with varying projectile types, which are most likely for this revolver.

An automated turret can be seen activating and subsequently firing at a fleeing Dr. Wilzig (Michael Emerson). Visually, this turret is a recreation of the stationary and automated "Machinegun Turret" weapon found in Fallout 4. However, the one in the TV show is not an exact replica, as it appears to be larger in size, has an M61 Vulcan-style barrel assembly that replaces the dual over/under barrels on the in-game version, and its exterior is slightly different. In-game, according to markings on the ammo drum as well as lootable ammo from destroyed units, Machinegun Turrets chambered either 5.56x45mm or 10mm pistol rounds. The live-action version is likely chambered for 20x102mm, but its ammunition drum lacks any markings to definitively tell what cartridge this turret uses.

Fallout is an American post-apocalyptic drama television series developed by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan for Amazon Prime. It is based on the video game franchise with the same name (and more specifically Fallout 4) created by Bethesda Softworks. The series premiered on Amazon Prime Video on April 10, 2024.

The following weapons were used in the television series Fallout:

"10mm Pistol" (Fallout 1/2)

A live-action reimagining of the "10mm Pistol" (named the "Colt 6520" by in-game item descriptions) from Fallout and Fallout 2 initially appears in the hands of Maximus (Aaron Moten) as his sidearm during Episode 2, and then by Thaddeus (what could mean that this the standard sidearm for Brotherhood Squires). This weapon was originally based on a fictional revolver on a cover of the comic Hard Boiled, but functioned as a self-loading pistol in the games. The prop used in the show appears to be based on the in-game model from the Fallout 4 Creation Club add-on.

"10mm Pistol" (Fallout 4)

The redesigned "10mm Pistol" from Fallout 4 appears, faithfully recreated as a physical prop. While it is mostly a fictional design, some features of it resemble those from the Walther Volkspistole prototype. The 10mm first appears holstered in Episode 2, while it later appears in Episode 4 when Lucy (Ella Purnell) acquires one.

Colt Model 1903/1908

During a flashback in "The Beginning" (S1E08), some pre-War film posters featuring Cooper Howard (Walton Goggins) as their lead characters can be seen. One poster depicts him holding a pistol that resembles a Colt Model 1903/1908.

Dart Gun

During the Raiders' attack in "The End" (S1E01), Lucy (Ella Purnell) takes a fictional dart gun with tranquilizer rounds from Vault 33's armory after finding that the rest of the weapons are gone. Leaving the Vault, Lucy takes the gun with her, and aims it when encountering the farmer in "The Target" (S1E02). Other dart guns are also visible in emergency glass cases in Vault 4.

The only weapon left in the arsenal in "The End" (S1E01) turns out to be a dart pistol.

Desert Eagle Mark XIX

Fictional Top-Break Revolver

Sterling Mk. IV

Vault 33's armory consists of several Sterling Mk. IV submachine guns. At the beginning of "The End" (S1E01), Lucy MacLean (Ella Purnell) and Chet (Dave Register) shoot Sterlings at a shooting range. During the invasion, most of the Raiders, as well as Stephanie "Steph" Harper (Annabel O'Hagan), are armed with guns.

Rifles/Carbines

"AER9 Laser Rifle"

The fictional "AER9" laser rifle is used by several Enclave guards, and also is seen in Ma June's shop.

"Assault Rifle"

The fictional "Assault Rifle" from Fallout 4 is used by Brotherhood of Steel knights. It is a machine gun with a receiver that slightly resembles one from the MAS AA-52, the cooling jacket of a Lewis Gun (albeit with features from water-cooled jackets), and an oversized M249 handguard. In "The End" (S1E01) a squire of the Brotherhood of Steel Maximus (Aaron Moten) carries his knight's supplies among which is the "Assault Rifle". In Episode 2, Knight Titus tries fending off an attacking "yao guai" (the name given to mutated black bears) with one of these "Assault" MGs, but this leads to the bear biting off the receiver, ending the gun's shameful existence.

Lever Action Carbine

The Ghoul/Cooper Howard (Walton Goggins) carries a lever-action carbine, whose buttstock has been sawn off. Its furniture, enlarged lever loop, and barrel/magazine tube configuration were likely added to imitate the sawed-off Marlin Model 1895 from Fallout 4's Far Harbor DLC. A repeater in a very similar configuration, but with a grey receiver is visible in the background of a shop.

"Minigun"

A live-action recreation of the "Minigun" from Fallout 4 makes an appearance as a stationary weapon on Brotherhood of Steel aircraft. It is a partly fictional design, taking inspiration from the M134 Minigun in handheld configurations and the M61 Vulcan, and features the same giant underbarrel ammo drum (which holds 500 rounds in its video game appearances). Like its in-game counterpart, the door gunner-role Miniguns in Vertibirds feature two grips at their rear; the only differing characteristic between the game's stationary, and handheld (which only has a single grip) versions of the weapon.

Turret

An automated turret can be seen activating and subsequently firing at a fleeing Dr. Wilzig (Michael Emerson). Visually, this turret is a recreation of the stationary and automated "Machinegun Turret" weapon found in Fallout 4. However, the one in the TV show is not an exact replica, as it appears to be larger in size, has an M61 Vulcan-style barrel assembly that replaces the dual over/under barrels on the in-game version, and its exterior is slightly different.
