Handguns
Colt Woodsman
Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) gets his hands on a pre-war Colt Woodsman Sport from his parents' house. He later uses it during a showdown, where it is correctly referred to as a .22.
Glock 17
A third-generation Glock 17 is carried by Casey (Scott Shepherd). Jesse disarms him of his Glock in Todd's apartment before surrendering. Casey later fires his Glock 17 during the final shootout.
Harrington & Richardson Bicycle Hammerless Revolver, .32 S&W
Like the Colt Woodsman, Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) gets a H&R Bicycle Hammerless Model revolver with a 2-inch barrel from his parents' house
Kimber Ultra Raptor II "Custom Shop"
A Kimber Ultra Raptor II "Custom Shop" model is carried by Neil Kandy (Scott MacArthur) as his sidearm. It is first seen pulled on Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) in Todd Alquist's apartment. The pistol is later picked up Jesse during a shootout. Kenny carries a similar model in Season 5, which was handled by Jesse as well.
Ruger KP89
A Ruger KP89 is seen in the glovebox of Todd's Chevrolet El Camino. Seeing the police sirens at the beginning of the movie, Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) hides and pulls out the pistol. When he arrives at his friends Badger and Skinny Pete's house, he doesn't leave his gun behind, even when he is sleeping or showering. It appears to to be the DC variant and might be a mistake a continuity error with Season 5, in which Todd carried a Ruger KP95.
