Pistols
Smith & Wesson SW1911
Replacing the GSR, Booth (David Boreanaz) is seen with a Smith & Wesson SW1911 with a stainless slide as his main weapon in Seasons 6, 7, and 9.
Smith & Wesson M&P
The Smith & Wesson M&P pistol is the handgun carried by Dr. Lance Sweets (John Francis Daley). In "The Prince in the Plastic " (S7E03), Lance is seen taking target practice with his pistol just before his qualification test.
Shotguns
Remington 870 MCS
In "The Prince in the Plastic " (S7E03), Dr. Lance Sweets (John Francis Daley) initially uses what appears to be a Remington 870 Tactical shotgun during his qualifications.
