Handguns
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
VSSE agents Luke O'Neil and Marc Goddard use a IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX chambered in .50 AE. It incorrectly hold 9 rounds and outfitted with a muzzle brake. Unlike the previous series, Both Desert Eagle is two-tone and not fitted any optics.
Glock 17
The two-tone Glock 17 is seen with Wild Dog's mercenaries as their main sidearm.
Heckler & Koch HK45
Senior VSSE agent Robert Baxter (Second protagonist of Time Crisis II) uses a Heckler & Koch HK45 as his main sidearm. In the True Master Mind Edition, Keith Martin (First protagonist of Time Crisis II) also uses a two-tone HK45, Like Their Heckler & Koch Mark 23 in Time Crisis II.
Mauser C96
The Mauser C96 returns to the game as Wild Dog's main sidearm. Unlike previous game, his disciple Wild Fang doesn't use a C96, he instead uses Sawed off Winchester Model 1887.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Wild Dog's mercenaries use Heckler & Koch MP5Ks without foregrip. Robert briefly uses it in the stage 1.
Assault Rifles
AK-12
A modified AK-12 with an Aimpoint red dot, laser sight, flash light, vertical foregrip and M4 type collapsible stock is used by the many Wild Dog's mercenaries. It's modeled with a left hand-based charging handle.
M4 Carbine
VSSE agents Luke O'Neil and Marc Goddard use commandeered M4 Carbine with an Trijicon ACOG4x32+RMR sight, laser sight, flash light, vertical foregrip from Wild Dog's mercenaries armory in stage 1 area 2. Like in previous game, It referred to as "machine gun", even though this is a assault rifle.
Fictional Assault Rifle
Robert Baxter uses Fictional Assault Rifle against Protagonists in stage 6. It's largely based on SRSS BullDog 762's hand guard with a Bushmaster ACR's fixed stock and body, an M68 red dot sight.
Sniper Rifles
GOL sniper rifle
In stage 4, included from the "True Mastermind" edition, VSSE agents Luke O'Neil and Marc Goddard use commandeered GOL sniper rifle from Wild Dog's mercenaries. Unlike previous games, GOL sniper rifles are outfitted with night vision scopes. Bullet will be automatically loaded after one shot.
Mechem NTW-20
The heavily modified Mechem NTW-20 is used by Wild Dog's powered suit forces known as HACs.
Shotguns
Kel-Tec KSG
The VSSE agents use commandeered Kel-Tec KSG with vertical foregrips from Wild Dog's mercenaries armory in stage 1 area 2.
Winchester Model 1887
In stage 5, Wild Dog's disciple Wild Fang uses Engraved Sawed off Winchester Model 1887.
Machine Guns
Browning M2
The Browning M2 is mounted on a VSSE-manned chopper. It's also used by Wild Dog's mercenaries in stage 3 and stage 5.
GE M134 Minigun
In stage 6, Robert Baxter uses GE M134 Minigun which mounted on his robot.
Grenade Launchers
Heckler & Koch XM320
The VSSE agents use commandeered Heckler & Koch XM320 (weapon model is rather large) from Wild Dog's mercenaries armory in stage 1 area 2. It replaces the Leuchtpistole seen in previous games. It still acts like an RPG.
Rocket Launchers
Pansarskott m/86
The Pansarskott m/86, the Swedish Army version of the M136 AT4 with folding foregrip, is used by Wild Dog's mercenaries, include Wild Dog. Keith Martin also uses Pansarskott m/86 to Wild Fang in stage 5.
Hand Grenades
Unknown Smoke Grenade
Wild Dog's mercenaries and Keith Martin uses unknown smoke grenade against the protagonists.
Model 7290 Flashbang Grenade
Robert Baxter uses Yellow colored Model 7290 Flashbang Grenade against the protagonists When revealed Robert is the real traitor of VSSE by Keith.
