The following weapons were used in the film Saw IV:
Handguns
Beretta 92FS
What apperas to be a Beretta 92FS is seen in the holster of one of the SWAT officers, who arrived at the place of Kerri's execution. Rigg (Lyriq Bent) is armed with a Beretta 92FS throughout most of the film and uses it on multiple occasions including the final shootout.
Glock 17
Agent Strahm (Scott Patterson) carries a Glock 17 throughout the film as his service pistol. The police officer, who spoke with Strahm and Fisk (Mike Realba) also wears Glock 17 in a holster on his belt.
Glock 19
Agent Perez (Athena Karkanis) is armed with a Glock 19 as her duty sidearm and draws it in the scene just before she is wounded.
Smith & Wesson 5946
After the end of the third film, Jeff (Angus Macfadyen) takes Eric Matthew's old sidearm, the Smith & Wesson 5946, from Amanda and threatens Peter Strahm.
Smith & Wesson Model 629 Classic
Art (Justin Louis) has this Smith & Wesson Model 629 revolver with a full lug under the barrel amongst his stuff provided for him to complete his game he's forced into by Jigsaw. He uses it to threaten the detained Eric Matthews when he tries to fight the trap he's in which could kill Hoffman too. Art ends up giving the revolver and the one bullet provided to Eric Matthews (Donnie Wahlberg).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is seen in the hands of a few SWAT team members as they search for Kerry, it can also be seen hanging from Rigg's (Lyriq Bent) sling with the stock collapsed in. Rigg’s close friend and SWAT officer Lamanna (Simon Reynolds) also use MP5A3 as servise weapon.
Assault Rifles
M4A1
The M4A1 carbine is seen in the hands of at least a couple SWAT team members in the scene where they search for Kerry near the beginning.
Other
Spikes Crossbow
The third one tested in Rigg's game was a spike trap. Two victims, Morgan (Janet Land) and Rex (Ron Lea) had leather straps that were chained to a metal pillar back to back. They were pierced by eight long thin metal spikes. For this, a special custom crossbow was installed in the same room. When the police arrived at the elementary school, where the game took place, one of the forensic investigators accidently activated the device used to pierce Morgan and Rex, which subsequently shot a police photographer (Joanne Boland).
Shotgun Collar
Since the actions of the fourth part of the film went in parallel with the third part, Jeff (Angus Macfadyen) and Lynn (Bahar Soomekh) returned in the film. When detective Strahm arrives at Gideon meatpacking plant to arrest the Jigsaw, the scene in which Amanda (Shawnee Smith) shoots Lynn is repeated. At this moment a shotgun collar is visible on Lynn's neck.
