Kimber Solo CDP
Captain Nathaniel Barnes (Michael Chiklis) continues to carry a Kimber Solo CDP as his main sidearm. Gordon aims Barnes's Kimber at him during a fight in "Mad City: The Executioner" (S3E09)
M1911A1
A stainless M1911A1 is used by Oswald Cobblepott aka the Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell", using it as his sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is seen with a security guard in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell". The Gotham City Police Department uses it as their main sidearm. Other characters use it on some occassions.
SIG-Sauer P226R
The SIG-Sauer P226R again in the season, alternating with the regular P226 as a substitute.
SIG-Sauer GSR
Dual SIG-Sauer GSRs are used by Victor Zsasz (Anthony Carrigan) again in the season as his main sidearms.
Smith & Wesson M&P Shield
A Smith & Wesson M&P Shield is used by Tabitha as her sidearm.
Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series
Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) continues to carry a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series as his main sidearm, initially as he operates in Gotham as a bounty hunter and after he returns to duty with the GCPD. A full-size, stainless steel version is used by Alice (Naian Gonzalez Norvind) in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes". Jervis Tetch (Benedict Samuel) uses the pistol to shoot Valerie Vale in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit". Zsasz uses Gordon's SW1911SC after being disarmed briefly in "Mad City: Beware the Green Eyed Monster".
Revolvers
As in the previous season, a Colt Navy with ivory grips can be seen on a frame in Captain Barnes' office. A second, engraved Colt Navy is seen in Gotham Water and Power in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit".
Smith & Wesson Model 19
The Smith & Wesson Model 19 is used by Detective Harvey Bullock as his sidearm in the season.

IMI Mini-Uzi are seen with Mayor James' close protection officers in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes". Dwight Pollard (David Dastmalchian) and the Jeremo cult use them in "Mad City: Smile Like You Mean It" and "Mad City: The Gentle Art of Making Enemies".
Interdynamic KG-9
What appears to be an Interdynamic KG-9 with an all-black solid barrel shroud is used one of Penguin's hired gunmen in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes" (S03E03).
M1928 Thompson
The M1928 Thompson is used by the new Red Hood gang as their main weapon in "Mad City: Anything for You" with Butch using one.
Assault Rifles
AKS-74U
An AKS-74U with rails is used by one of Zsasz's assassins hunting Gordon in "Mad City: Ghosts".
Colt M16A1
A Colt M16A1 is seen with Gordon in a hallucination in "Mad City: Red Queen" when he remembers his time in the army.
Heckler & Koch G36C
A Heckler & Koch G36C is used by a plainclothes agent guarding Dr. Strange's safehouse in "Mad City: Burn the Witch".
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
Bullocks acquires a couple Mossberg 500 Cruiser shotguns for him and Gordon to use at the end of "Mad City: Ghosts".
Remington 870P
A Remington 870P is used by one of Mayor James' men in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes". One is used by Barnes with just a pistol grip in "The Executioner".
Sawed-off Shotgun
A sawed-off shotgun is used by Jervis' brainwashed wrestlers near the end of "Mad City: New Day Rising" and by other hired men in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit". A Jerome cultist uses one in "Mad City: Smile Like You Mean It".
Single Barreled Shotgun
A Single Barreled Shotgun is used by Alex (Kenny Wong) when he finds an intruder at the pharmacy in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell".
