Tomb Raider: Chronicles is the fifth entry in the Tomb Raider series. Given that series protagonist Lara Croft was apparently killed at the end of The Last Revelation (even though she shows up alive in the next game), Chronicles focuses on various other adventures she was in.
The following weapons appear in the video game Tomb Raider: Chronicles:
Handguns
Browning Hi-Power
The last in the series to feature the Browning Hi-Power pistols as Lara's main weapons, replaced by the Heckler & Koch USP Match in future titles. The in-game model used for the pistols are the same ones from previous Tomb Raider games. The Russian navy men in the Russia levels use the same gun, but theirs produce the Desert Eagle sound effects for some reason.
Colt M1911A1
Nickel Colt M1911A1s are used as the inventory models for the pistols as they were in Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, even though the in-game models are still the Tomb Raider II / TRIII two-tone Browning Hi-Powers. Mikhailov's Mafia goons also use silver 1911s, albeit with a different CG model.
IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII
Returning from the third game is the Desert Eagle Mark VII which functions identically to Tomb Raider III and is found in the Russian levels. However in this game, the "lasersight" (a.k.a: scope) can be attached which allows Lara to take out some Russian snipers who cannot be targeted with normal weapons. The Desert Eagle Mark VII is also depicted in the game's artwork and the game's cover. It also appears in an FMV before the start of the VCI levels where Lara uses it to shoot out a vent at the VCI building. Confusingly though, she only has the MP5 (below) during these levels.
IMI Desert Eagle Mark I
Pierre returns along with Larson, carrying the Desert Eagle Mark I-styled Magnums he uses in the first game and he seems to be constantly waving them in Lara's face when they interact in cutscenes, never actually firing it. Sadly, Lara can never get her hands on them in this game.
Smith & Wesson 4506
A pistol that appears to be based on a Smith & Wesson 4506 with a blued frame like the earlier (and much rarer) Smith & Wesson 4505 model is used by Pierre in the FMV sequence at the start of the game. The same model is also used by a Nazi in the FMV before the start of the second episode. This is very anachronistic, as the S&W 4506 was not produced until nearly 6 decades after the end of World War II.
Revolver
The Webley No.5/Smith & Wesson Model 64 hybrid Revolver from The Last Revelation is found very early on in the Rome levels, and like the previous game, can be equipped with the "laser sight". Larson also appears to carry a slightly enlarged revolver, instead of the Hi-Power pistol he used in the first game.
Submachine Guns
IMI Micro Uzi
Whilst Lara's Uzis carry the same in-game model of the MAC-10s over from previous games, the menu icon and the world pick up model for the Uzis from The Last Revelation is the re-used IMI Micro Uzi, and like TLR, they function just the same as Tomb Raider III's "Uzis."
Ingram MAC-10
Being the same model from previous games, the held in-game model of Lara's IMI Micro Uzi is still a MAC-10. It seems they never bothered to update it when making this game.
Heckler & Koch MP5SD6
Similar to the Heckler & Koch MP5SD6 from Tomb Raider III, the last set of levels set in the VCI (Von Croy Industries) HQ has Lara only armed with the "HK Gun". This gun has three firing methods: Rapid mode, Burst mode, and Sniper mode. The gun features a sight, which this time actually places a dot over the intended target like an actual lasersight, unlike the actual "lasersight" attachment. The inventory menu model has the silencer and rear stock parts removed, presumably in an attempt to make it look like an MP5K.
MP40
On the previously mentioned flashback FMV on the Nazi U-Boat, Nazi seamen can be seen with MP40 submachine guns.
Shotguns
Shotgun
The shotgun based on the Tomb Raider III Franchi SPAS-12 (with very inaccurate textures that make it resemble a Benelli M3 Super 90 Shorty more than a SPAS-12) returns from Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation. Like in the last game, it can accept two forms of ammunition: 'Normal' red shotgun shells which fire a concentrated number of pellets for maximum damage at short or long distances, or 'Wideshot' blue shotgun shells, which fire in a wider arc with more dispersion, to hit several enemies from far away.
Rifles
Heckler & Koch G3SG/1
Two snipers in "The Base" level have what appear to be Heckler & Koch G3SG/1 rifles. These are not used by the Russian armed forces, so were likely a "gift" from Mikhailov.
HK53A3
The poorly-rendered HK53A3 models used in Tomb Raider III and The Last Revelation make a comeback once again. The model used here is the scopeless version with the shortened barrel used by Egyptian soldiers in Giza. It is used by soldiers (or perhaps members of a well-regulated militia) during the VCI levels.
Zastava M76
Charles Kane aims this rifle at the escape pod on the FMV sequence after the sinking submarine escape, to ID that Lara is on board. The scope is mounted on top of the upper receiver dust cover rather than using the Dragunov SVD-style side-mounted scope mount found on the M76.
Other
"Low-frequency laser weapons"
On the VCI levels, heavily-armoured men appear dual-wielding what Zip refers to as "low-frequency laser weapons." Functionally, they are more like plasma weapons, having a limited range but being very powerful.
Grappling gun
Lara can use some sort of grappling gun in the VCI levels.
