Remington Model 700SPS
In "Cross Jurisdictions" (S02E22) (which also served as the pilot episode for CSI: Miami), a Remington 700 SPS rifle fitted with an infra-red night vision scope is seen in the hands of a SWAT sniper when a suspect is believed to be cornered aboard a yacht, though is unable to make out exactly who is aboard the vessel and despite orders to fire from an FBI agent on the scene, does not take the shot after Caine tells the sniper that it could be an innocent civilian.
Winchester Model 61
In "Felonious Monk" (S02E17), a gunman uses a Winchester Model 61 to kill four monks. Grissom later finds the gun at the scene.
