In "Let Me Go" (S1E07), Emma Hill (Valorie Curry) uses a Beretta 92FS to defend Joey, and later Bo takes the gun. In "The Final Chapter", Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) is seen armed with a Beretta. Ryan (Kevin Bacon) handles it during his confrontation with Joe

In "The Poet's Fire" (S1E03), one of Joe's followers uses a Beretta 81 to knock Ryan out. Emma gives Paul (Nico Tortorella) Beretta in "The Fall" (S1E06), and Paul uses the weapon later in the episode.

Mike Weston (Shawn Ashmore) carries a Glock 17 as his sidearm in the series. Several police officers use Glock 17 pistols throughout the series. In "The Poet's Fire" (S1E03), Mike Weston uses his Glock 17 to investigate a house. FBI Special Agent Mike Weston aims his Glock 17 at Maggie Kester near the end of "Mad Love" (S1E04). In "The Fall" (S1E06) Mike Weston is armed with his Glock 19 while it aims at Emma.

Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) carries a Glock 19 as his sidearm in the series. FBI Special Agent Debra Parker (Annie Parisse) also carries a Glock 19 as his sidearm in the series. Several police officers use Glock 19 pistols throughout the series. Ryan Hardy uses a Glock 19 to shoot at Jordan Raines in "Chapter Two" (S1E02). In "The Poet's Fire" (S1E03), Debra Parker aims her Glock 19 at Maggie Kester. Troy Riley (Billy Brown) carries his Glock 19 in the Maggie's house during "The Poet's Fire" (S1E03). Later, Ryan uses the Riley's Glock to shoot at Rick Kester. In "The Siege" (S1E05), Ryan fires his Glock while defending Deputy Lopez in the farm house of Joe Carroll. Paul Torres gives Jacob a Glock 19 in "The Fall" (S1E06). In "Let Me Go" (S1E07), Debra Parker is seen carrying her Glock 19. Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) takes a Glock 19 to threaten Ryan during his leakage. Later, Ryan tries to shoot to Joe's helicopter. In "Welcome Home" (S1E08), Hardy fires his Glock at several Joe's followers in the abandoned wharf. Ryan uses the Glock 19 to shoot at Vincent in "Guilt" (S1E10). Ryan gives Claire (Natalie Zea) a Glock 19 to protect herself in the Tyson's house. In "Whips & Regret" (S1E11), Ryan and Debra use Glock 19s to investigate the Vincent's bunker.

In a continuity error, the Glock 19 used by Lopez changes to a SIG-Sauer P226 in "The Siege" (S1E05). Hank Flynn (Josh Segarra) takes the SIG-Sauer P226 in the farm house of Joe Carroll.

In "Guilt" (S1E10), Vincent uses a Smith & Wesson 645 to kidnap Claire. In "Whips & Regret" (S1E11), Vincent aims his Smith & Wesson at Rodrick. Later, he uses the Smith & Wesson 645 to threaten Haley.

In "The Poet's Fire" (S1E03), several FBI SWAT agents are armed with M4A1 rifles to clear a home. In "The Fall", two followers use a Colt M4. In "Whips & Regret" (S1E11) several FBI agents are armed with Colt M4 during all episode. In the same episode, a cult member takes the M4A1 from a dead soldier.
