Pistols
Glock 17
Deputy US Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) appears to carry the Glock 17 as his sidearm throughout Season 2. Chief Deputy Art Mullen (Nick Searcy) and Deputy Marshal Tim Gutterson (Jacob Pitts) continue to carry the Glock as their sidearm.
Glock 26
The Glock 26 appears mainly in the series as the sidearm carried by Deputy Marshal Rachel Brooks (Erica Tazel). The Glock 26 also is Raylan's backup weapon and is seen using it in "Brother's Keeper" (S2E09). Raylan's ex Winona (Natalie Zea) is given Raylan's Glock 26 to defend herself from hitmen in "Debts and Accounts" (S2E10).
Beretta 92FS

In Season 2's premiere "The Moonshine War" (S2E01), a Colt Government is pulled on a truck driver by Miami cartel soldier Pilar. The handgun is later seen in the hands of Boyd Crowder. Another Government pistol appears to be the sidearm of Frank Reasoner (Scott Wilson) in "Blaze of Glory" (S2E06).
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
A suspect dual-wields a Heckler & Koch USP Compact along with a Beretta in a waiting room in "The Life Inside" (S3E02).
TSD Caspian WE Hi-Capa Airsoft
A Silver TSD Caspian gas blowback airsoft replica is the pistol carried by Dickie Bennett.
SIG-Sauer P229R
In "For Blood or Money" (S2E04), a SIG-Sauer P229R is used by Clinton (Larenz Tate) throughout the episode.

In "The I of the Storm" (S2E03), Doyle Bennett (Joseph Lyle Taylor) is seen carrying a Colt Python as his sidearm. He then pulls the Python on some suspects.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
A Smith & Wesson Model 686 is seen pulled on the bus in "The I of the Storm" (S2E03). It's also seen used in the shootout with Raylan in the episode.

What appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 64 is used by Boyd in "Cottonmouth" (S2E05).

A Smith & Wesson Model 10 is held by Coover Bennett (Brad William Henke) in "The Moonshine War" (S2E01). The revolver then is seen pulled by Dewey Crowe while impersonating Raylan in "The I of the Storm" (S2E03). Mags Bennett (Margo Martindale) also is seen with a S&W.
Smith & Wesson Model 29
In "Cottonmouth" (S2E05), Shelby (Jim Beaver) is seen pulling what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 29 as Boyd earlier referred to as a ".44 that Shelby keeps underneath his desk".
Umarex Smith & Wesson Chief's Special
Loretta McCready (Kaitlyn Dever) holds what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 60 in "Bloody Harlan" (S2E13). Judging from the two tone hammer and cylinder release, the revolver is likely a Umarex Smith & Wesson Chief's Special, a blank firing replica of the Smith & Wesson Model 36.
Taurus Model 431
What appears to be a Taurus Model 431 is pulled on Raylan in "The Life Inside" (S2E02).
Taurus Model 689
In "For Blood or Money" (S2E04), a Taurus Model 689 is used by Ralph 'Flex' Beeman (Chadwick Boseman) to threaten Clinton (Larenz Tate).

AKM rifles are seen throughout Season 2. In Season 2's premiere "The Moonshine War" (S2E01), a cartel gunman is briefly seen opening fire with the AKM from a private jet. The AK rifle is also seen in the hands of some of Mags Bennett's men.
