Pistols

Beretta 92FS

Civic Republic Military soldiers, officers and Frontliners use Beretta 92FS pistols as their main sidearms. In "Years" (S1E01), Major General Johnathan Beale (Terry O'Quinn) has a holstered pistol while talking to Rick (Andrew Lincoln), who also carries a holstered gun. Pearl Thorne (Lesley-Ann Brandt) also has a holstered pistol, but the only time she actually uses it is with a suppressor during a fight with walkers at a chemical plant later in the same episode. During a fight with Rick, Lieutenant Colonel Donald Okafor (Craig Tate) threatens him with a gun. After the helicopter crash in "Gone" (S1E02), Rick and several Frontliners carry holstered pistols. At the end of the episode, Rick aims his gun at Michonne before reinforcements arrive to avoid exposing about their connection. Warrant Officer Jadis Stokes (Pollyanna McIntosh), Pearl and Beale carry holstered guns throughout "Bye" (S1E03). Rick also pulls out his pistol and holds it at the ready believing Pearl is going to attack Michonne. Jadis and Michonne (Danai Gurira) both use pistols during the chase in "Become" (S1E05). Rick also picks up Jadis' pistol at the end of the episode. Pearl and Michonne carry guns in holsters, while Beale and Rick use it in "The Last Time" (S1E06).

During a fight, Okafor aims the Beretta at Rick.
Okafor (Craig Tate) and Rick both hold the former's gun while fighting over it.
At the end of the episode, a dead Frontliner's holstered 92FS is visible.
Near the end of "Gone" (S1E02), Rick aims his Beretta at Michonne, pretending to capture her so the CRM don't suspect anything as helicopters close in. Note that his finger isn't on the trigger, which is on purpose.
As Thorne draws a knife on Michonne in "Bye" (S1E03), Rick pulls out his pistol in case something goes wrong.

A masked Rick kills several walkers with a stolen gun to cover Michonne.

B&W PBW-92S (Airsoft)

In one scene of "The Last Time" (S1E06), Rick's 92FS is replaced with a B&W PBW-92S airsoft replica.

Taurus PT92AF

Lieutenant Colonel Donald Okafor (Craig Tate) holds a Taurus PT92AF in the production shot for "Years" (S1E01), although he uses a Beretta 92FS in the actual episode. A CRM Frontliner (Califf Guzman) who fights Rick has a holstered Taurus in "The Last Time" (S1E06).

Revolvers

Colt Python

Judith Grimes (Cailey Fleming) is again seen carrying her father's Colt Python revolver in a holster at the end of "The Last Time" (S1E06).

Ruger GP100

A survivor named Dalton (Will Brill) uses a snub nosed Ruger GP100 revolver trying to rob Rick and Michonne in "Become" (S1E05). Rick (Andrew Lincoln) easily grabs it, unloads it and throws it away. When Jadis finds his group, the revolver is seen in Red's (Ben Dickey) hands, but during the ambush at the park station, the gun is used again by Dalton.

Smith & Wesson Model 10 HB

A survivor named Red (Ben Dickey) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 10 HB revolver painted red trying to rob Rick and Michonne in "Become" (S1E05), but Michonne (Danai Gurira) snatches it and keeps for herself. On the morning of another day, Jadis (Pollyanna McIntosh) later steals it, using it to threaten Rick and Michonne.

"I don't trust you either, but I respect you, Rick!"
Pulling the Model 10 from behind her back, Jadis (Pollyanna McIntosh) threatens Rick during the fight at the park station.

Assault Rifles

M4A1

While clearing out walkers in "Bye" (S1E03), Consignee Clifton accidentally knocks down some unkilled walkers, causing several CRM soldiers with custom M4A1s equipped with ACOG scopes, tactical grips and dual stabbing implements to rush in to try and kill them, although they're interrupted by Michonne before they can do so. While preparing an escape for Michonne later in the episode, Rick uses a rifle.

Olympic Arms M4

Custom Olympic Arms M4 rifles with Trijicon ACOG scopes, tactical grips, dual stabbing implements and occasionally Magpul stocks are used by the Civic Republic Military soldiers, officers and Frontliners as their main weapon, including Rick (Andrew Lincoln), Pearl Thorne (Lesley-Ann Brandt) and Lieutenant Colonel Donald Okafor (Craig Tate), notably in "Years" (S1E01). The Frontliners after the helicopter crash are also seen with rifles in "Gone" (S1E02). Pearl uses the rifle during a mission while fighting walkers at the Cascadia Base perimeter at the end of "Bye" (S1E03). After enlisting the support of Red's (Ben Dickey) group, Jadis gives him the CRM rifle to use in the ambush on Rick and Michonne in "Become" (S1E05), although he is easily disarmed of it. Michonne (Danai Gurira) later picks up the rifle and threatens Jadis. Throughout "The Last Time" (S1E06), several Frontliners use guns at the Cascadia Bade. After catching Rick and Michonne, Thorne confronts them with a suppressed gun, later using it during a fight with both of them before losing it.

During a nighttime sortie with Rick and Thorne, Okafor holds his M4 while claiming dog tags from an undead marine's corpse.
After the helicopter crash, Rick takes a rifle from a Frontliner who's also holding a gun, ordering the Frontliners to move out after activating his beacon to request backup. The other Frontliners hold guns here.
At the end of the episode, Rick and the Frontliners holds their guns while running into the trees during an ambush.
A Frontliner from Okafor's squad runs with the M4 during the confrontation with Michonne and Nat at the end of "Gone" (S1E02). Note that this solder's rifle lacks a scope or rear sights, making aiming practically impossible, while the soldier in front of him doesn't have a foregrip.
Command Sergeant Major Thorne stabs a walker with her rifle during an operation at the end of "Bye" (S1E03). Her Beretta is clearly visible in her holster as well.
Covered in blood, Thorne holds her M4 before aiming at an unsuspecting Michonne.

Leading Rick and Michonne into a trip with Jadis's help, Red (Ben Dickey) aims the M4 at Rick before being disarmed in "Become" (S1E05).
Michonne aims the gun at Jadis after outsmarting her, ordering her to disarm herself and threatening to kill her.
As a disguised Michonne makes her way through the Cascadia Base at the beginning of "The Last Time" (S1E06), a Frontliner holds his rifle about to stab a walker.
Having deduced Rick and Michonne's plan, Thorne (Lesley-Ann Brandt) aims her suppressed M4 at them after catching them.
"You don't understand. In a dead world, love is dead!"
Now in a gas mask, a furious Thorne holds her gun while talking to Michonne during a fight near the end of the episode. Note the Magpul stock.

Stunt Replica

In some scenes after the helicopter crash at the end of "Years" (S1E01) and "Gone" (S1E02), Rick (Andrew Lincoln) "shoots" a rubber stunt replica with an EOTech sight, tactical grip and dual stabbing implements. Falling to the ground, he tries to grab the rifle but Michonne knocks it out of his hands.

The masked Rick aims the rifle.

Tippmann Cronus (Customized)

Rick (Andrew Lincoln) briefly uses a Tippmann Cronus modified to look like a captive bolt gun while preparing to escape in "Years" (S1E01). The Frontliners including Rick use rifles while clearing out walkers at the Cascadia Base perimeter in "Bye" (S1E03).

Grenades

M67 Hand Grenade

Michonne finds a crate filled with black M67 Hand Grenades in "The Last Time" (S1E06). Together with Rick, she mines the chemical warehouse with grenades, wires and two walkers.

Mk 2 Hand Grenade

Attempting to escape, Rick (Andrew Lincoln) throws a Mk 2 hand grenade down a manhole during the fight at the chemical plant in "Years" (S1E01).

Grenade Launchers

ICS-190 GLM (Airsoft)

A ICS-190 GLM is seen on the sling of one of the CRM soldiers on a mission clearing walkers in the burning forest at the beginning of "Years" (S1E01).

"Screamstick" Grenade Launcher

Caravan engineer Nat (Matthew Jeffers) creates a makeshift grenade launcher called the "Screamstick" (which visually looks a bit like a Russian DP-64) as a parting gift for Michonne (Danai Gurira) in "Gone" (S1E02). She fires it to disperse a migrating herd of thousands of walkers, but loses it after falling off her horse. Seeing the CRM helicopter at the end of the episode, Nat shoots it with another Screamstick on a tripod, successfully taking down the helicopter.

Others

KPVT Heavy Machine Gun

For some reason, the CRM has BTR-60PBs in use with KPVT Heavy Machine Guns mounted, which Michonne notices at the end of "Gone" (S1E02).

M230 Chain Gun

CRM issued AH-64 Apache helicopters feature a front-mounted M230 Chain Gun. One of them attacks part of Michonne's caravan in "Gone" (S1E02), dropping chlorine gas bombs. Several more helicopters are seen at the military base at the end of the episode. Several helicopters are also seen at the Cascadia Base in "Bye" (S1E03). Another helicopter shoots at Rick and Michonne's crashed helicopter in "What We" (S1E04) to destroy evidence of the CRM's existence. Several helicopters are seen during the CRM leadership summit in "The Last Time" (S1E06).
