While working on the script for his movie Baby Assassins, director Yugo Sakamoto stumbles upon a hitman network known as the Kansai Hitman Association and applies to interview a hitman to be able to use as a reference for his script. As Kunioka is being followed and documented by Sakamoto, he accidentally kills the wrong target and is hunted down by his client's hitmen and the victim's close companions. This film is a Japanese adaptation of the 2014 Korean film A Hard Day.
WN: HOLY NUTS THIS MOVIE IS GETTING ANOTHER FOREIGN REMAKE. This is literally the fourth one its' gotten and the third Asian one. This movie isn't coming out until May 2023, but once it hits streaming, I'm going to get it over with and make the page for it. It's really fun looking at the gun variation between adaptations of this movie lol
WN - 3/8/2023: - Apparently some Indian actor and his production company bought the rights to a Hindi remake in 2020... wonder how that's doing. I'll work on that one too if it ever comes out

The Violence Action [2022, Japan]
WN: FUCK THIS MOVIE. The editing makes Bohemian Rhapsody look modest, and the fact that it's a movie about hired killers AND the yakuza means that THERE ARE A LOT OF GUNS. Lots of guns AND cocaine-fueled editing is NEVER fun to skim through.
