Type 64 silenced pistol
The Type 64 pistol is an integrally suppressed Chinese handgun for covert military usage. It is chambered for special ball 7.65mm Type 64 ammunition. Due to its low muzzle velocity, the Type 64's report is intended to be inaudible at 10-20 meters. It was introduced into service in the mid-1960s, and was developed into the more refined Type 67 silenced pistol.

Type 67 silenced pistol
The Type 67 silenced pistol is a further development of the Type 64 silenced pistol. It provides users with the same combat features but at about 2/3 the weight of the earlier pistol. The Type 67 pistol is a free-blow, blowback-operated pistol with an integral silencer and a bolt-lock mechanism inherited from the Type 64 silenced pistol. It also fires the same 7.65 mm Type 64 cartridge.
