The Secret Mark of D'Artagnan is a 1962 French-Italian movie directed by Siro Marcellini based on the novels of Alexandre Dumas. France 1632: The French nobility conspired against Louis XIII and his minister Cardinal Richelieu. On behalf of Cardinal Richelieu, D'Artagnan and Porthos are to uncover a conspiracy against the king and carve a cross into the forehead of every traitor as a sign. Through the beautiful ward of the brutal Duke of Montersant, the musketeers learn that he is the main instigator of the coup.
