WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Vincent Mancini (Andy Garcia) pulls a Beretta Cheetah when confronted by assassins sent by Joey Zasa (Although the pistol turns into a Walther PP for a close-up).
Vincent aims the Cheetah at the other thug.
For the close-up in which Vincent shoots the thug through the head, an Walther PP replaces the Beretta Cheetah. Al Neri (Richard Bright) is also given a Walther PP hidden in a box of cookies while on the train to meet Archbishop Gilday.
Walther PP - 6.35mm auto (.25 ACP), 7.65x17mm (.32 ACP) Auto or 9x17mm (.380 ACP).
In a continuity error, Vincent puts a Walther PP to the head of a thug sent to kill him instead of the Beretta. Because a blank-firing pistol would be used so close to a real person, the head seen here is very likely not of the real actor, but rather an elaborate dummy head.
Neri checks his PP hidden in a box of cookies.
