The Apple Dumpling Gang is western comedy film from Walt Disney. Traveling gambler Russell Donovan finds himself saddled with three orphans and stuck in the small former mining town of Quake City, California. Meanwhile, the “Hashknife Outfit” of Theodore and Amos have little luck in their criminal ways.

The following weapons were used in the film The Apple Dumpling Gang:

Cavalry Model

Theodore Ogelvie (Don Knotts) uses a what appears to be an old rusty Single Action Army that fails rather spectacularly during a robbery attempt. Herm Dally (Bing Russell) also uses a Cavalry model.

Amos Tucker (Tim Conway) shows off very poor gun safety skills while asking why they can't just use their guns to rob Donovan.
Luckily for Theodore, they have "no lead to throw and no powder to throw it with", suggesting their weapons are cap & ball.
